The media could not be loaded. I have wanted this fire for ages and it was worth the wait! So happy with it and it fits in my room perfectly. Kicks out really good heat and is really quiet with the heater on too. Assembly was straight forward I done it by myself 👍🏼 ... It comes with a lot of gems, stones and fake logs which originalally I was only going to put the logs on until my husband put the clear gems at the bottom then all the white stones and then the logs on the top as he said that's what makes it look like real embers flickering on a fire and he was right it looks fab! Worth every penny!

I have had this fire for around 2 months. I waited to review it properly. I looked at loads of these fires from all sorts of places before I settled on this one. I had a budget which ruled out lots of other fires. A friend helped me to install it and was pretty straight forward. It looks great and as good as some which were much more expensive. The heat output is good, not too noisy and heats up quickly. Unfortunately I don't have a smart meter so I cannot comment on cost. I only use the most natural colour, the down light underneath is a lovely feature. I didn't like the logs but as I wanted it for a contemporary room I went for the large pebbles and clear chunky things!!. My dog did try to grab them off a couple of times as they just sit on the shelf but ok now. Could be a problem with small children. I contacted the seller just to check the guarantee. They were really helpful and prompt in their reply. Overall I would very much recommend this fire. It has given me the focal point in the room that I wanted in a decorative and functional way.

I was a bit unsure if this was going to look tacky but I have to say it looks really nice, it's quite convincing especially if you light a crackle candle as well so you get the noise, looks and the warmth.Comes with a nice remote control. Fan heater is very quiet, almost silent.Couple of negatives, the 'logs' that come with it to lay on the bed look terrible. I don't see the point in the plastic cubes either.. makes it look a bit weird. I settled for just the small stones which I think looks best. But it's all subjective I suppose.One other negative, every so often the flames start moving downwards instead of up! Very strange when you first notice it, I had a double take and had to ask my partner if what I was seeing was real, and it was! Turn it off and back on again and they go the right way...EDIT - The unit became faulty after 10 months, I sent a message to the seller on a Sunday and they responded the next day, asked me to test a couple of things and agreed the unit was faulty. They sent me a brand new unit out the next day, I packed the old one in the new box and they arranged a courier to pick it up. These are things happen but you can't ask for more than that. Very, very impressed with the customer service.

Thanks to all the other reviews I chose this one after searching for over a year for something different to the norm, yet realistic, with some safety features, remote and timer. Well, I can only echo what is already said. It is really beautiful, lifelike fire effect, cosy atmosphere, pretty and variety of lights and dimming effects on fire and pebble bed lights etc. It has a fan heater so you can hear the heater when it is on, but it is not overwhelming and can easily get used to it. You can hang the TV above it. It comes with the pebbles, crystals and logs. It's definately worth the price. This is the only wallhung electric fire I could find with no negative reviews in this price range and higher, that says a lot for it. Go get one, you will be wowed.

I am in love with this fireplace!I felt compelled to write a review and include a video as I was so grateful to others for doing the same when I was looking, it really helps.I was looking for days for the "right one" and kept coming back to this. In the end I got sick of being indecisive and looking so I just went for it. I'm so happy I did!I absolutely love it. So many different light settings for changing the flames, bedding and mood light underneath. The crystals also really make the bedding and did not see that with others that I was looking at.I also love that the remote displays the room temperature.You will not regret buying this!

Good sturdy modern fire. Was spot on for our gap in dining room. The top bit too a bit of DIY to fit correctly but I worked it out so loses 1 star for that reason. Heats well and good remote

This electric fireplace is beautiful, budget friendly and super easy to install!I wanted our bedroom to be a place of cosiness, away from distractions and clutter such as storage wardrobes, TV's etc. I think this is the perfect starting point for that in our new home! 🏡 🔑 💖Easy to install, me and my dad took around an hour to get it up on the wall then it's a matter or simply plugging it in and having a play about with the controller settings ✨ - Comes with decorative pieces for the outside and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the way to Christmas!Cold or rainy bed nights will never be the same again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Réaliste et sans bruit
The media could not be loaded. La cheminée est exactement comme sur la description, je cherchais quelque chose de réaliste et silencieux. Ne fait aucun bruit lorsqu'on utilise les flammes sans le mode chauffage. Fait un léger bruit de soufflerie avec chauffage, très supportable. Les flammes sont d'un réalisme,j'adore. J'ai eu un souci de qualité au niveau du panneaux blanc bas mais très vite réglé par le vendeur qui m'en a envoyé un autre en 2 jours seulement!!!! Donc produit et vendeur de qualité, vous pouvez acheter les yeux fermés.Merci au vendeur pour le sav.
Fácil de montar y muy completa
La chimenea es sencilla de montar y trae gran cantidad de decorados para añadir.Las luces son muy realistas y el calefactor muy potente.Además de esto el vendedor responde y se hace cargo de los problemas, como en mi caso que una parte venía dañada por el transporte y me enviaron otra.Muy recomendable.
