To be honest, I think these are about the best chocolates out there for the price .... As a chocoholic I would definitely rate them top on all levels. Trouble is they are a bit too nice and, no matter how I try whenever I get a box (not often enough in truth! Lol!), I just can't make them last!!

It's not every day you come across chocolates that make you consider hiding the box from the family! These scrumptious delights deliver a taste experience that's hard to match. Yes, they're a bit on the pricey side, but the quality makes up for it.The flavours are exquisite and varied enough to keep it interesting—though some were a bit similar. I gifted these to my wife on our anniversary, and she was over the moon. Even my daughter, who is usually indifferent to chocolates, couldn't resist having a few.They arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. While they're not exactly affordable for everyday snacking, they make an exceptional gift or a special treat when you want to indulge in something truly delightful. However, a heads-up, the "best before" dates can be a tad short. Still, the taste so phenomenal that they wouldn't last that long anyway!

Arrived today and the chocolate looks awful. Misshapen and discoloured, possibly melted and hardened again. Complete waste of money and no option to request a refund as they are not eligible for return. If I could give no stars, I would.Update: eventually found the chat can arrange refund for poor quality items without return and it was done quickly. But difficult to find when the default option is return or replace for an item that isn't eligible for that

Always excellent quality, I have always received so my compliment, when I have given them as a gift, I shared them them, when I have bought them for myself, (the hot chocolate options, that I have bought, are the best tasting that I have tried, and I have tried a few), on the occasions that I do buy the Hotel Chocolate products for myself, I thoroughly enjoy them, though all the products that I have bought for myself, (other than the Velvetiser, because it didn't work for for more than 6 months, though when it did work, it was better than anything else that I have used to froth drinks)!
