    Very. Tiny. Tablets. Do not sneeze lest you send it flying out of your hand never to be seen.Very small bottle but very small tablets.Reviews feel consistent to me - at first the "licking dried blood" taste is minimal. But whoa, Nelly! Once swallowed, it can have a powerful iron taste. I followed a reviewers advise to take with a large glass of water or something. I drink with a full glass of water and chug it. Do not stop. Do not pass Go. Just pop in mouth and drink 500 ml of water at least. Maybe if you are lucky, 200 ml - but hey, hydration is important!I have, over a short period, found these far more effective than the larger ferrous female tablets my GP prescribes on the NHS. From experience, I find the NHS tablets larger, not nice to swallow, a bit constipating, and it seems to take longer for the iron to build up again and be usable.I have only taken these a few days and DANG, I already feel a bit clearer and have a tiny bit if energy again. A tiny bit is very noticeable when you have been suffering iron defiency anemia (and for me, abnormal haemoglobin/red blood cells.)It claims to be more bioavailable which I believe from my limited experience. It beats the liquid stuff (argh so nasty) and it seems to be out performing good ol ferrous fumate.I doubt I will need to update. I can say even in a short period, the result is noticeable. Value for money and the claims seem legit so far. Just drink plenty of something to make sure you have cleared it down to the stomach or you may well have a lingering nasty taste. Easy to fix just by drinking more than a sip or mouthful.

    Look, I've swallowed a lot of medication and vitamins in my time. Antidepressants, antibiotics, painkillers, hayfever tablets, vitamin C. The point is, I've tried all the flavours, and I can say with certainty that this is the foulest tasting pill I've ever eaten. There's no better way to say it, but it's like eating old blood. The iron content is great, the size of the pill is easy enough for a veteran like me to swallow, but the taste is foul. It lingers in your mouth afterwards, it requires a lot of water to clear, and it can upset your stomach a bit. If you have a strong stomach and you don't care about the fleeting taste - buy them. But if you're more sensitive to these things, consider a milder pill.

    Lifelong iron deficient, I grew up eating beef medium rare and loads of broccoli with cheese sauce. Therefore, the taste of the pills, similar to a small drop of blood, doesn't bother me.These ones are amazing, it's just a few days, but the changes are significant. No more feelings of being a candle in the wind and my colours have come back. No upset stomach, I take them with food and 5 ounces of water. It's becoming a favourite. Highly recommend.

    These are small and easy to take but I agree with the other comments that these smell and taste unpleasant. Taste like dried blood. Need to take a coffee with them to try and cover the taste a little.

    Llevo poco tiempo tomándolas, así que no se si funcionan realmente. El formato es muy cómodo, fácilmente masticables, con sabor a melocotón. Perfectas para aquellas personas a las que no les gustan las cápsulas o comprimidos. Trae 120 gominolas por lo que da para varios meses, depende cuantas tomes.
