    • 100% Passion fruit ambient fruit purée. All purées are obtained by the strict selection and the blending of ripe fruit varieties harvested by Boiron's producers. The purées are finely sieved and packaged in Boiron's Valence plant (France). The production process guarantees an unvarying sugar content and acidity while maintaining as much as possible the organoleptic properties of fresh fruit. Boiron purées do not contain preservatives, artificial colours or flavouring.     I buy this one all the time and it's amazing value! Fantastic for cocktails and desserts (mainly use it for cocktails). Yes, it's very liquid but that's in the nature of it. I've tried several brands and passion fruit is just liquid by nature unless you add thickeners maybe. Regular passion fruit juice has ~10% fruit content. This is 100% pure passion fruit with no sugar added.

    Ma commande est arrivée inutilisable. La brique contenant le coulis est abîmé et le coulis s’est écoulé. Il y a un sur emballage et je suppose que la brique était déjà percé au départ. J’essaie d’obtenir un remboursement ou échange, mais pour l’instant sans succès.
