    Bought these as have been struggling to sleep and wanted a natural choice. Based on the reviews I thought these would do the trick.The gummies taste great but that’s where it ends. As far as I can tell having taken the recommended dose for over a month they have absolutely no effect. I was taking them an hour before bed. Nothing! You can take them any time of the day and not have to worry about dropping off or feeling drowsy. Don’t believe the hype.They are expensive, nice tasting sweets at best!

    I don't know what they are meant to do, but they don't seem to do anything. They taste nice, but I take a couple of them everyday and they don't seem to do anything. Doesn't make a difference if I forget to take them or if I take extra 🤷‍♂️ they're just nice gummies 🤷‍♂️

    I usually buy direct from Goli but it takes too long to come from the US and they’re expensive. I was a bit hesitant but they are the real thing and great price too. Highly recommend.
