    I use SIS products a lot, and this is one of the nicest flavours I've tried. It's not too strong and quite refreshing. I definitely recommend these.

    Doesn't really taste of anything much, could do with a little more flavour. But saying that it does the job thats intended and its the only SIS product I get on with as all the rest cause me stomach issues

    I like all of the different flavours.I have Addison's Disease, they help to keep my electrolytes topped up as well as keeping me hydrated.

    Not only is this great to replenish the electrolytes from exercise but it’s also great to replenish them after a night of drinking a few too many beers too…..definitely helps with recovery in exercise

    I chose SIS as you only need to put 1 tablet in 500ml of water. I have one in my bottle every couple of days as I tend not to drink enough fluids. No sure I would go for the same flavour next time
