Some of the slots are a bit narrow depth and rather too wide, but our selection of 8 remotes (which include remotes for turning the fire on/off and opening/closing the curtains) will fit in this, and we have screwed the holders for two of the remotes to niches at the front (the black curved section in the photographs. The swivel action is simple, and steady, but probably not that useful in real life. It looks nice though, and has ample capacity.
