    This is my 2nd one and the 3rd I have purchased (also gifted one because it was so good). My last one died after 13 months. Bolo were great the manufacturing company was not so. The company offered to replace without a warrenty. My experience with my current machine will decide whether I will continue to use this company when deciding which one cup machine I purchase in the future,Of all the dispensers I have seen this seems to be the best for temperature and amount dispensed options coupled with the fact that you can filter the water.Edit August 2024: The 2nd machine is no longer with us. I would avoid this one. Brilliant when it works. In approx. couple years I've purchased 4 and all 4 have brokendown in the same manner. They don't last long and you'll only know when it has stopped working when it sporadically trips your electrics, and you dont have to be using the machine for this to happen. Resetting every appliance plugged into your household sockets. Not worth the trouble. In my case all cctv, printer, wifi, video doorbell and plant lights reset and needed setting back up which was time consuming.It seems to be a problem with the heating element and the manufacturing company are well aware of the fault.INSTEAD... I purchased an reverse osmosis machine, filter lasts a year, dispenses ambient (room temp) to 95 hot water temp and different dispense amounts can be chosen like the aurora. Whilst the machine is a little more expensive, I save on not having to purchase or use filters per 100 litres. Fingers are crossed for the longevity of my current machine.

    I purchased this as I had a small hot water dispenser from Asda it did the job but the amount it dispensed was getting smaller, I liked the look and the ability to change the amount dispensed and the temperature of the water.It was well packaged in it's box, everything was easy to put together, the water filter was rinsed and fitted, I then topped up the machine with water, and as per instructions ran 2 litres through, after all that I needed a drink. The temperature and volume were set and I had a full cup of tea for a change.Having used the dispenser for a while it has never given any trouble, the large water tank means it only needs topping up once a day.On the reviews people mentioned the safety lock being a pain, you have to touch the lock symbol for a whole 3seconds for it to turn off so you can use the machine, but if you turn the machine off after you have used it the lock doesn't come on and you save electricity, from power on to dispense is less than 3 seconds and I can see no advantage to keeping it powered on all the time. The drip tray has 3 positions for different cup sizes, if you want less than the set amount pressing the dispense button again will stop the water.Trying to be green I ordered a refillable filter cartridge for the machine, unfortunately it wouldn't fit as the cartridge needs the bayonet attachment on it, but disposable cartridges are not expensive for this machine.From first use to present I have not noticed any strange taste to the drink, the machine doesn't leak or splash and the black and brushed steel will fit in with most kitchens.Conclusions, you get hot filtered water fast at the temperature and volume you need, the large tank means fewer top-ups through the day, the water seems slow on boiling but is no slower than the one-cup type machines, so I am very pleased with it, I will update this review if anything changes.

    I bought my first Aqua Optima Aurora Instant Hot & Cold Filter Water Dispenser from Bolo in May 2022. It worked fine until August 2022, when it began leaking all the water through its base. Bolo were great and I was able to return it for a full refund.Because I liked it so much, I immediately bought a new replacement. At first it worked fine and I was quite happy with it. Then things started to fail. First the touch pad would intermittently stop working, it wouldn’t respond when I pressed any part of it. I had to switch it off at the mains, wait 20 odd seconds then switch it on again and then it responded as expected. Annoying, but it only happened every 6 weeks or so.When I changed the filter at one time I cracked the inner water container when I twisted it into place. I contacted Aqua Optima in the UK and they immediately sent me a replacement. I got great service from them. To note, you need to gently push down on the replacement filter as you are fitting it in so that you can twist it reasonably easily into place without causing damage to the inner container.Next the Water Dispenser started requesting a descale every week. Before this it had been around 8 weeks. The instructions that came with the unit said that a mixture of white vinegar (5%) and water (2L) should be used in the process. It didn’t seem to to descale it properly. It takes about 10/15 minutes to complete the descale cycle. The online download instruction manual has been updated and now says you should use 2 litres of white vinegar (minimum 4% acidity) – not mixed with water.Over the last few weeks the machine had been omitting a lot more steam on the boiling water setting, but today there was also a very strong electrical burning smell and buzzing sound and I had to quickly disconnect it. Basically, after seven months it burnt out. Bolo were again really helpful and I have been able to return it for a full refund (as it’s in 12 month warranty).Others have mentioned that the cup tray is very fragile. It is and you need to take care when fitting a moving it. When new, the touch pad is covered in a plastic film that is very difficult to see to remove. After a few weeks use, it will begin to ruffle and you can then pick it off and the touch pad will become more sensitive.When the Dispenser worked it was excellent and the water tasted great. I have taken the plunge and ordered another one. Third time lucky, I hope. I’ll update this review if anything goes wrong with it.

    Agua com temperatura do frigorífico com o toque de um botão. E queres agua quente. Escolha a sua temperatura e rápidamente ele irá entregar.Se deixar a máquina ligado.O que, claro, levanta a questão de quantos kwh amaquina utiliza.Connectei um dispositivo por medir. Usou sozinha, por beber (fria) e por cozinhar e fazer chá (quente).Durante 3 dias = 72 horas foram 6 kwh.Então 60 kwh/mês = aprox. 10 Euros/mês.Normalmente comprou 3 garrafas de 5 litro cada semana.Conclusão : as custas estão mais ou menos igual mas a água esta mais saudável e tem um sabor bem, não magnífica.E dá comfort e facilidade. Agua quente rápida, não mais transportar as garaffas de 5L e já não há uma garrafa de água no frigorífico então economizaespaço.Um triunfo na cozinha!

    Comprata non nuova, ma in ottime condizioni per il ns magazzino, quindi senza esigenze particolari! Il prezzo ribassato.Arrivata sporchissima, senza filtro, senza istruzioni, senza scatola! Inoltre con contenitore dell'acqua rotto in alto come da foto, utile solo per il cassonetto dell'immondizia. Ovviamente fatta subito la pratica per il reso.Per curiosità l'ho messa in funzione deluso anche dalle prestazioni che ho potuto esaminare, sicuramente non produce l'acqua fredda, ma al massimo a temperatura ambiente.

    Dead within a year

    After 6 months the touch panel started misbehaving and continued scrolling through the options despite moving hand away. It was difficult to select how much we wanted it to dispense but just lived with it.Today it failed to turn on and is now totally unresponsive. In 6 days it would be 1 year old, however I paid €219 at time of purchase and would expect that this product would have a longer lifespan than that.I can now see other reviews with similar issues, I would save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs.

    Recentemente ho acquistato un dispenser per acqua che promette di purificare e raffreddare l'acqua del rubinetto, e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva.Il dispenser ha un design moderno ed elegante, che si integra perfettamente con la mia cucina. Le dimensioni sono contenute, quindi non occupa troppo spazio sul piano di lavoro. L'interfaccia è semplice e intuitiva.La funzione di purificazione è uno dei punti di forza di questo dispenser. Grazie a un sistema di filtri a più stadi, l'acqua viene liberata da impurità, cloro e altri contaminanti, migliorandone notevolmente il sapore. Ho notato un cambiamento significativo rispetto all'acqua del rubinetto e ora non posso più farne a meno!La capacità di raffreddare l'acqua è altrettanto efficiente. Il dispenser raggiunge abbastanza rapidamente la temperatura ideale per bevande fresche, perfette per le calde giornate estive. Inoltre, offre anche la possibilità di ottenere acqua a temperatura ambiente, rendendolo versatile e adatto a diverse esigenze.Riguardo alla manutenzione, il dispenser è progettato per essere facile da pulire. I filtri devono essere sostituiti regolarmente, ma il processo è semplice e ben spiegato nel manuale d'uso. Considerando la qualità dell'acqua che si ottiene, il costo dei filtri è più che giustificato.Un ulteriore vantaggio è l'aspetto ecologico: utilizzando questo dispenser, si riduce notevolmente il consumo di bottiglie di plastica, contribuendo così a un ambiente più sostenibile.
