Frescobol is a classic yard or beach game created in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The game is played with two players who work as a team. This game is perfect to pick up and play anywhere and is often seen as a collaborative game, where the players are partners and friendship and commitment is cultivated. Game setup is as easy as it gets. Just grab your paddles, find some open space and start playing. Players start about 15 feet apart and hit the ball back and forth to each other while trying to keep the ball from hitting the ground. Players can start to hit the ball harder and move back as they get more confident with their progress and try hitting the ball from 25 feet apart or farther!

Great Frescobol set!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the YardGames Premium Cooperative Outdoor Frescobol Game Set. The solid hardwood paddles are really nice. In this case, the word "premium" seems appropriate. The paddles feel good in the hand, and it's very satisfying to use them with both the included balls. This set arrived just in time to take them on a camping trip. I'm looking forward to playing Frescobol with my kids at the beach. The YardGames Premium Frescobol set comes with a large nylon bag that is perfect for storing the set and taking them with you. I think $25 is a great price for such a high quality set. I'm happy and recommend this.
Split paddle after hitting ball.
Managed to play with it for three session and on the third one one of the paddle split on the line of lighter shade side and the dark accent line. I still had a great time using it when I could, but it should be one shade of wood for a paddle to be stronger. Also the paddles had a bit of weight to them when holding.
Broke on first try
Paddle broke in half the first time we used it.
Paddle ball game
This is just what I was looking for! Something interactive, outdoors, and fun. My kids and I love playing this paddle ball game together. We typically use only the red ball pictured with it, but it comes with a much smaller blue ball if you want the game to be more challenging. The paddles are smooth, finished and sturdy. I’m always looking for something to get us all up and moving as a family and this is perfect! This set of paddles and balls even comes with a convenient storage bag so you can keep the game together when it’s not in use!
