    Very, very happy with this supplement! My eyebrows and eyelashes have been very sparse this year due to stress, and so I was looking for a product to help with hair growth. I have been taking one capsule every day for a month now - and I have seen a boost in the number and length of my brow hairs/eyelashes. Now, when combing my brows, I can feel a resistance when pulling the brush through that I never used to experience before, due to there being much more brow hair to comb now than what I've been used to.As well as taking one tablet daily, I have also been applying the product topically onto my nail-beds 3 times a week - and honestly, my nails have NEVER been this strong and long in my entire life! Usually my nails are thin, flaky, and brittle - but after a month of using this product, they are so strong and healthy! I expected to see a little improvement in my nails, but what I've actually seen is a MASSIVE, dramatic improvement.The capsules are quite large, but very easy to take with a glass of water. The bottle is very pretty for a supplement bottle, with its clear plastic and silver lid. I agree with other people who have said that the bottle is unnecessarily big compared to the size/amount of pills inside, but that doesn't affect the actual product itself.I had read in another review that the capsules they received had a 'fishy smell' - that is absolutely not true, the capsules I received have zero odour.Overall, this is a fantastic supplement, and I will definitely be re-ordering when mine runs out!

    I’ve bought this product a Month ago, and I was waiting for the results to review it. For my experience I can say that it really works. My hair was falling like crazy mainly while washing, and what I can say it’s since I started using Biotin with coconut the results are positively amazing. My hair stopped falling like before, and is getting thicker I can clearly see that is much more healthier than before. Also lots of improvements in my nails, much more stronger, growing faster and without pelling like usually, a small progress into my skin, but it’s because I have a nice skin anyway. The pills are very small I would said tiny tiny with no taste at all, therefore quite easy to swallow without being stuck into your throat with that awfull smell of medicine. Another positive point it’s last forever making it a very good deal. Well... Overall Iam very pleased with Biotin coconut. thanks

    I’ve been taking these for four months & can definitely see some difference with the growth in length of my hair.If people are wanting thicker hair I don’t think this is going to help, mine is really thin after years of colouring & use of heat though, so hasn’t made much difference on this but I’m only four months in.My nails, which were always brittle, soft and would chip and break are now strong and grow quickly so would recommend buying them just based on this.Good value for money for twelve months supply. Worth trying as reviews seem to be mixed and could be different with each individual.They are, despite what some people say, odourless and have no taste whatsoever 👍

    This product smells and tastes awful. Even with the lid closed my cupboard still smells.I also experienced nausea when taking these on an empty stomach.Nails seemed to grow quicker.

    I've been using biotin for over a year now and I find it amazing. Just before I started taking it, I had been seriously ill and in and out of hospital for three months, during which time, my once thick hair had become very thin. My finger and toe nails even started falling off.After researching says of trying to help me recover, I came across Biotin on Bolo and read the reviews, which were so good and so many people had recommended it, i decided to give it a try. After a few months of using it I found it had vastly improved both my hair which had started to look a lot better and my nails started to grow back.Now well over a year later, my hair is thicker and healthier than its ever been and my nails are strong and really long, in fact they've never been this good, even before I was ill.Even though my hair and nails are vastly improved, I'm going to continue using it to keep them in good shape. I also think my skin is in better condition and in general I feel better than I've ever felt too.I love the fact it's vegan and vegetarian friendly too. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with thinning hair or brittle nails, to me its been a minor miracle that has helped me recover, and get my hair looking better than ever.

    I was using perfective for over 7 years now. I thought of going for something cheaper so I tried Bolo best choice but since then my hair fall has started falling tremendous as well it give side effect of vomiting n cramps.. Never buy anything apart from perfectile

    UPDATE: I've noticed that I've broken out in acne within the month of taking the tablets. I'm male and almost 40, and never had problems since a teenager. Yet since taking these I've had 3 really huge painful spots, 2 of which were almost like mini bruises, one above my eyebrow, others on the cheeks.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Can't comment on the nutritional gains just yet. But first thing you notice is the odour when you open the tub. Smells like a mild stink bomb, but it's tolerable if you don't keep the lid open too long. Couple tips: for the same reason, swallow the tablet immediately otherwise you risk your mouth smelling the same. And close the lid tight otherwise your cupboard will start smelling too!Crazy yes, but the smell must be related to one of the other ingredients. I've been sticking with it for a few weeks, hope to see some benefits. Finger nails are growing quicker though, just hoping to see benefits on my hair now!

    Pas possible d'avaler cela, c'est infecte comme odeur et il faut l'avaler très très vite avec quelques chose derrière pour manger. Je ne pense pas que je le prendrai, je ne saurais donc pas l'évaluer

    Hay dos cosas que me han gustado.1. El tamaño de la pastilla. Es muy pequeñita, con lo cual es muy facil de tragar. Y para aquellas personas que usan pastillero, es muy comodo porque al ser tant pequeña apenas ocupa sitio.2. La mas importante, he esperado dos semanas a evaluar el producto: Llevaba una temporada que con las uñas fragiles y se me rompian constantemente. desde que tomo este suplemento tengo las uñas muy fuertes y no se rompen. Tambien tengo la sensación que crecen mas. Estoy muy contenta.

Mes cheveux sont magnifiques plus longs plud forts plus epais et beaucoup plus solides !!!Mes ongles poussent hyper bien et vite aussi ! je dois refaire ma manucure au bout de 2 semaines au lieu de 3 ou 4 avant !!Bon petit bémol quand même 😂 mes poils aux jambes et maillot poussent eux aussi beaucoup plus vite 😂 😂 bon mon esthéticienne est ravie elle 😂....Je l'utilise depuis maintenant 3 semaines et je ne peux pas nier que mes cheveux sont en meilleur santé. En premier lieu ils sont moins gras entre les lavages... Je ne les perds plus autant qu'avant (avant chaque brossage me faisait perdre une poignée de cheveux)... Et j'ai remarqué qu'ils poussent beaucoup plus vite c'est indéniable !J'ai remarqué aussi que mes cils ont poussé et sont plus epais, j'ai toujours eu des cils fins et fragiles, j'ai l'impression que ce n'est plus le cas 😅.J'ai la chance de n'avoir eu aucun bouton depuis le début de la prise.Pour les ongles je ne peux pas encore donner un avis car j'ai une manucure en gel donc je ne sais pas si mes ongles sont plus solides ou pas, mais d'après ma prothésiste ongulaire ils ont poussé plus vite à 1ere vue, je viendrais éditer mon avis d'ici quelques semaines de plus pour affirmer ou non....En bref je trouve que c'est un bon produit pour les cheveux. Les pilules sont très petites donc hyper facile à avaler et je suis très contente que ce ne soit pas des gélules car je déteste ça 😂.Ma commande est arrivée très vite malgré le confinement et très bien emballée donc je suis ravie.

    Diese Dinger sind phantastisch. Meine Frau hatte sehr mit Haarausfall und brüchigen Fingernägeln zu tun, obwohl sie etliche Nahrungsergänzungsmittel wie Vitamin B-Komplex einnahm und auch eine Kur mit Schüsslersalzen (Silicea) über längere Zeit machte (neben der klassisch homöopathischen Behandlung). Kein Resultat. Nach mittlerweile sicher drei Jahren mit diesen Beschwerden hat sie sich nun diese Biotin-Tabletten bestellt, und der Effekt auf ihre Fingernägel ist auffällig. Das erstemal sind sie wieder lang, weiß und stark und brechen nicht ab. Auch der Haarausfall scheint sich verabschiedet zu haben, das Hautbild ist ebenfalls besser. Sie ist ohne allzu große Erwartungshaltung an die Sache rangegangen, aber die Veränderung zum Positiven ist unbestreitbar. Sie nimmt die Kapseln jetzt seit zwei Monaten.
