    You take one capsule twice a day, or up to 5 times a day, so anywhere between 2 and 5 capsules a day. They are roundish and small, so easy to swallow and I find them tasteless and odourless but I don't have the best sense of smell. I take one with breakfast and one with my evening meal.I like oregano as it is a strong antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal, so it covers all the bases during the winter flu season, I even read once that it can clean a septic tank. I never get a cold sore when I'm taking oregano, so it's worth it just for that, I think. I tend not to take them during the summer, but as soon as the autumn chill starts then I start taking them again for the boost to my weakened immune system. They won't stop you getting colds and flu altogether if you have a weakened immune system, but they will help you to recover more quickly and not to suffer as much. They're not cheap, but I think they're worth it.

    I've been taking pure Oregeno Oil for years (different brand) to help me keep ahead of any Winter nasties that may be going round, and I swear by it. There is no doubt though that taking drops in oil and then chasing it down with water can leave your mouth a little firey, and it isn't the most brilliant taste even though I'm used to it.These capsules are a great alternate and I like the 2 wee tubs they come in - they remind me of those little tubs/boxes you used to get Tic-Tacs in (do they still sell them?).Good expiry date and easy to swallow softgels with no aftertaste. At 1 a day as a prevention measure during the winter, you'll get a 2 month supply. Or if using for occasional issues like toothache you should find these a great help.If using for active infections you'll likely need to use the full recommendation which is 3 tablets twice a day, or up to 6 times to a maximum of 18 a day which works out quite pricey. Probably more economical in those instances to get the oil if you are likely to need to full dosage.

    This wild oregano oil comes in softgels and it is so much easier to take than in oil form using a pipette applicator.You’ll get 60 capsules that come in two packs for a 2-month supply. The oil has a high percentage of carvacrol, a phenol that possesses antioxidant properties when ingested, which is very nice.I have been using oregano oil for years to fight off any sort of cold or flu. Oregano oil in general is great for its anti-inflammation, antioxidant properties, in addition, also beneficial for promoting a healthy digestive tract. When I was positive for Covid before, my symptoms were very mild compared to everyone else at work, some even had to be hospitalised for weeks.To be fair, besides taking oregano oil, I also take Vitamin D3 as well as Liposomal Vitamin C. I believe this combination of supplements has been helping strengthen my immune system against germs and viruses.This oregano oil from SC Nutra is made in Turkey using only two ingredients - oregano oil and organic extra virgin oil. There’s no added fillers and bulking agents.These capsules are easy to take, once a day with a meal, and I have not experienced any stomach discomfort from taking them so far.For £22.99 (with an additional £4 voucher at the time of writing), seems like a reasonable price to pay for the quality formulation.Overall, a good quality oregano oil supplement that’s easy to take and I'm happy to continue taking this replacing my regular one.
