Used to buy these direct, but easier with Bolo. My nails in particular were becoming brittle. Since taking these they have gone back to how they used to be, very strong. If I don't take them for a while the difference becomes obvious very soon.

This is a great supplement if you are wanting to focus on you V vitamins and biotin for hair and nails.These are a gel capsule that comes in a blister so they do take up some space compared to a pot but not too much of an issue.They can be a little tricky to swallow due to size and shape of capsule but overall compared to some these do the job just fine.

I think this product is best thought of as a replacement for normal multivitamin tablets, not as an additional dosage. The emphasis is on hair and nails. As a multivitamin product these tablets will give 100% of the daily recommendation for vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D3, E and Folic Acid. On top there is 100% of Copper and Zinc, plus 50% of Iodine and Iron. Additional botanical hair and nail support comes from OptiMSM, apricot kernel oil, wheatgerm oil, bamboo extract, L-Cystine, Biotin, Inositol and PABA.The pack contains 90 tablets with a recommended daily serving of two tablets. That means that you get 6 weeks of supply for £12.95, which works out at £112.24 a year, so the cost is quite high. Only long-term use would tell if the tablets are effective so I can't comment on that. The tablets come in a letterbox-friendly pack, in three foil press-out sheets. The tablets are shaped like small beans and are easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste.

The 50 Plus tablets appear to be working with the caveat that my wife is also applying Neem oil to her nails. These tablets have a different formulation to the 50 Plus, with a greater range of vitamins and MSM, apricot kernal oil, and wheatgerm oil. Additionally the package is 90 tablets rather than 60 tablets in the 50 Plus.

I’ve noticed that my hair and nails break more than they used to no matter how much care I take. When I saw these I thought perhaps they would be worth trying. Although I’ve been taking them for over a week now and I can’t say I’ve seen a difference yet but most of the time with new supplements it can take a few weeks before you notice any difference.I don’t think people would have difficulty swallowing these as they aren’t that large. They remind me of another well known brand that make joint care supplements. I would suggest checking with a consultant or dr if you have any underlying health problems but I do hope they will help particularly with my nails. The pack contains enough for one person to take for a month and a half, I also don’t think the cost is that bad either. Once these run out I’d certainly think about buying these again if I do notice a difference.

If like me, you find your nails and hair becoming brittle, it's certainly worth trying these. I have done so for a while and they seemed to help. I lost the packet for a week and my nails by the end of that week, my nails were chipping again. Within a couple of days after I found them, my nails started improving.I will say that the ingredients must be read carefully. I don't think you should take a separate, additional Vitamin B-complex with these.

This is quite a comprehensive mix of hair and nail supplements. In addition to the usual B vitamins and biotin you have quite a comprehensive mix of other vitamins and minerals. It has been marked as suitable for vegetarians but there is no mention of vegans so I suspect the vitamin D3 included is from a vegetarian rather than vegan source. The serving for each day is two capsules and this means that the 90 you get will last you 45 days. You get a long expiry date of over a year from the time of ordering. A nice comprehensive mix.

Ja, im Bereich Haare und Nägel können Nahrungsergänzungsmittel etwas bewirken. Und dass man hier die Inhaltsstoffe ordentlich aufgelistet erhält, finde ich einen weiteren Pluspunkt.Ich finde jedoch die Blister-Variante für Nahrungsergänzungmittel nicht geeignet, es ist irgendwie prätentiös. Wir sollten schon noch unterscheide, was ist Medizin, was ist ein Ergänzungsstoff usw.Healthspan hat das nicht nötig.Aber ein guter Vierer ist hier drin, da sie preislich auf dem Teppich bleiben.

🔽 Material/Design/Verarbeitung:Ich habe für meine Frau die Kapseln von Healthcare bestellt und das Produkt kam in einer praktischen und sehr kompakten Verpackung👍 an. Die Kapseln selbst sind geschmacksneutral, leicht zu schlucken und die Materialqualität scheint in Ordnung zu sein. Die Inhaltsstoffe sind klar aufgelistet, was mir bei der Auswahl wichtig ist – eigentlich ist nichts besonders unerwünschtes drin😉 allerdings ist die Liste lang🤔. Insgesamt hinterlässt das Produkt einen recht soliden ersten Eindruck.🔽 Fazit/Preis/Leistung:Meine Frau nimmt schon seit Jahren ähnliche Präparate, da sie (wohl genetisch bedingt) immer wieder Probleme mit empfindlicher sehr dünner Haut und brüchigen Nägeln bzw. Haaren hat. Diese Kapseln enthalten eine gute Mischung an Inhaltsstoffen👍 wie Silizium und MSM, die die Gesundheit von Haaren und Nägeln unterstützen sollen. Die Kapseln sind leicht einzunehmen und verursachen bei ihr keine Verdauungsprobleme. Etwas stört mich etwas - die Vielzahl an Füll- und Hilfsstollenstoffen🤔 wie z.B. Stärke und Sorbitol. Persönlich bevorzuge ich Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mit möglichst wenigen Zusätzen. Womöglich sind diese Stoffe sowieso in allen Kapseln (Feuchthaltemittel, Bindemittel,… alles, was man bei Großproduktion halt so braucht😉) enthalten und werden nur von anderen Produzenten nicht angeführt. Da wir das Produkt erst kurz nutzen, kann ich noch keine langfristigen Ergebnisse beurteilen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis👍 ist für die Menge an Kapseln und die enthaltenen Nährstoffe konkurrenzfähig.💡 Tipps:Ich empfehle, die Kapseln täglich zur gleichen Zeit mit ausreichend Wasser einzunehmen um eine tägliche Routine☝️ zu entwickeln. Ein gesunder Lebensstil und eine ausgewogene Ernährung sind trotz der Einnahme solcher Ergänzungen natürlich unerlässlich. Zusätzlich pflegt meine Frau Haare und Nägel mit natürlichen Ölen. Diese Öle spenden Feuchtigkeit, nähren, stärken und fördern den Glanz. Einfach ein paar Tropfen in die Haare oder auf die Nägel auftragen und sanft einmassieren. Gut verträglich, angenehme Einnahme
Die Kapseln haben eine angenehme Größe und eine glatte Oberfläche, so dass das Schlucken nicht schwer fällt.Auch der Geruch ist neutral, was ich sehr wichtig finde.Die Zusammensetzung ähnelt meinem üblichen Produkt, mit dem ich sehr zufrieden bin, das aber doch recht hochpreisig ist. Dieses Produkt scheint eine gute Alternative zu sein.Bislang vertrage ich es sehr gut. Nichts auszusetzen.
