Adjustable side bands to tighten to your body so the vest doesn’t move at all during running. Front pocket for my iPhone 13 with zip rather than velcro flap (like most vests) which is breathable and easy to access even when running. 2 shoulder pockets, one to fit car key with keyring clip and other for my airpods. All pockets are secure and I’m not afraid to lose any of my belongings. Easy to get on, lightweight and doesn’t look bulky or feel uncomfortable. I would 100% recommend for beginner or advanced runners or athletes so you don’t have to hold any of your belongings. Product doesn’t decrease performance in any way, my running times haven’t been affected negatively ❤️

I like how it fits, really wouldn't notice you’re wearing it. Plenty room in the pocket and items are secure and don’t move around when running. Material is good and should get a lot of wear out of it. Good value for money.

This product is so great. Was looking for something to fit a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it fits so comfortably- it isn’t a struggle to get in.Also when I have items in the vest (because of the great quality material) you cannot feel them as you wear the vest. There is ample of space to put various items and it doesn’t feel or look bulky.There is a gel pocket but I use this for other items- showing the vest is versatile even if you don’t have gel or keys etc to carry.Love the colour- very understated but reflective features are great if an outdoor runner. The designer really put thought into the practicality and quality of this. It also folds well to fit into a gym bag/ carry around.I would say give it a try for all types of workout because it works well on top and under clothes. Also a family member said it would work well for their day job where they do manual work so it’s not just good for fitness! Haha

Great for heading out on a run. The front pouch is great for carrying your phone whilst out on a run/walk. Two little convenient Velcro pockets on the shoulder straps for keys etc.Great quality. Very well made. Didn’t need to adjust the straps before first wear- fit great. 10/10

Disclaimer: this is the first and only running vest I own so I don’t have anything to compare it to - but I’ve been using it for a few months now and a few competitions (short distance) and I’ve really liked it for what it is. Doesn’t bounce, chafe, is very secure and isn’t too bulky either! Fits my keys, phone, tissues and a gel. Will probably need more space for a more long distance run but for circa £20 it’s really good. Perfect for short distance and beginner runners!

Can't remember whether there were size options but I'm just about to fit this on me. The pocket at the front can just take a samsung S24, but nothing else unless it was flat.Firm fit, and whilst offers adjustments, I'm maxing out those adjustments. Not a serious runner but it does help to have your hands free.Very light weight. Looks good.However the zip has already broken
