Tiger Balm’s muscle and tension lotion with targeted applicator helps to loosen and relax muscles. The lotion is absorbed quickly and is non-sticky. It is therefore ideal for use on the go - before and after exercise, at home, in the office or during longer journeys.

How to use
Remove cap, holding the bottle securely in your hand, slightly tilt the bottle to soak the sponge with lotion. Apply the lotion onto the skin using the applicator head. Be careful not to
press the sponge too hard to avoid too much lotion being released.
Safety
Only for external application. Suitable for those aged 12 years and older. Do not apply to eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands after use. Do not use in case of known allergy to
any of the ingredients. Do not use on damaged or sunburnt skin.

I’m reading reviews and getting confused. This is a liquid version of tiger balm not patch or cream ? I disagree about the “no smell”? It’s stinky! However it is easy to use and apply! Don’t press too hard or it trickles out to other places. For me I think it takes longer to get any effect. Once it warms up things ease. Perhaps the massage technique with the cream version also helps rather than this type of application? However with this one you do not have it all over your hands. Also with the applicator it is easier to get to some harder to reach places.

I have a very painful shoulder and use Tiger Balm in a pot but it has a rather strong smell but works well. This lotion is so much better and with no smell I can use it During the day and it relieves the pain so well and is easier to apply

As stated in title this is very easy to apply as it's a white cream rather than a thick balm.Not as powerful as the jars of tiger balm, especially the red one, but does a good job for neck and shoulder pain.Even though it's not as strong obviously I still wash my hands afterwards and keep them away from my eyes. Added bonus over the balm jars is that it doesn't end up staining my clothes and the smell is not as overpowering. Overall it's good stuff.

I’m still not 100% sure about this product. Nothing wrong with it and I think it works, but I’m assessing against Deep Heat neck and shoulder rub. I think Tiger Balm works better but waiting to be sure.

I’m not one for writing reviews, however, I had to with this product. I have now had this product for over a month and here is what I have to say about it…First of all, it’s brilliant value for money, great for on the go use, travelling or a mess free way to get some relief.I want to add, that I suffer with fibromyalgia and have used these during flare-ups, during the night and whilst out with my kids (summer holidays).These are effective, not immediately but once it’s been on for 20+ minutes, it gets very warm and can be left on all night for example, with constantly heat, without dissipating.The 60 patches come in 6 sealed bags with 10 patches in each bag. I have one in each room/ bag/ car.Overall, I can’t really think of a negative overall, great for aching muscles, aches, pains (nerve and bone) and even period pains too.I hope this helps someone!

The fact there is an applicator like a roll on means you can hit the right spot. Also save you wasting lotion by getting it on your hands. The smell is ok and doesn’t linger. Bought to ease shoulder and neck pain. Not sure about the effectiveness as only used a couple of times.
