They are bmveru effective. In no time, my nails got very strong and my hair thickened. It also started growing very fast. They are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste.

Been using these now for a year, I could see the difference with in a month of using these. Less hair was falling out and my hair started feeling stronger, started seeing my hair get thicker and growing longer faster. I take these everyday now because as soon as I stop I feel my hair going back to how it was. Really good product and does what I wanted it to.

Very easy to swallow as the tablet is very small, haven’t been taking for long, but have noticed a slight improvement with my nails, definitely not as soft as they were. Also my hair seems slightly more thicker. So all told performance up to now is an improvement.Hopefully will see more of a difference in the future.

Take these daily for months as have thyroid problems resulting in brittle thin hair when used to have lovely long thick hair. Can't really honestly say it's improved in any way but I still take them incase. Who knows maybe if I didn't id look like a egg but for the price and how long they last it's a gamble I'm willing to take. Be interested to know if it's helped others with same issues!

Cant falt this product. I have been useing biotin for around 3 months now and it is working a charm my nails got alot better within a couple of weeks and are now pretty strong and look really healthy and in the last few weeks i have really started to notice how much thicker my hair feels. Would recomend highly

The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I don’t expect miracles but I intend to keep buying them and hope that I begin to see some improvement.

My hair has gotten longer and thicker just in the last 4 weeks I have been taking them and my nails are a little bit thicker and less brittle as well, I just had my nails done for the first time and a long time where I did not have to get the S&M fake nails but instead did the gel with my natural nails and it was such a good feeling! I will definitely continue taking these and would recommend them to anyone.
