    Wheels buckled within a few weeks of use and bucket is too far back meaning urine ended up on surface the product was stood on.

    The instructions are a bit difficult to follow and are incorrect. In the list of parts the M (screw A) and G (screw B) labels are switched around, the G bolts are the longer ones. There are 10 x M and 4 x G. (also had a spare of each)In part 5 you use two of the M bolts not one as indicated.Took me a while to work it all out :)Overall the chair is a good design and quite sturdy. Would recommend.

    My husband has 2nd prog MS, can not use the toilet at home anymore, bought this product to help but you need to go back to the factory! Took me ages to put it together, screws are of a very bad quality, also the bar at the front of the bucket holder is needing to be much nearer to the front of the chair, unless you are lucky enough to have a horse size willy to reach in the bucket!

    Instructions have been translated and so it was difficult to follow and ended up having to take it to the tip as we couldn't undo a bolt. Do not recommend.
