Product looks great and functioned well at first, however once the retaining washer starts to come loose on the inside, it'll forever be falling off. This means it is unable to actually grind anything and is therefore useless.You can clip the piece back in but after 2 cranks it's popped off again. This started happening just after my 30 day returns period ended which is very unfortunate.
