Liquid Death Sparkling Water, Mango Chainsaw, is a refreshing and invigorating drink that stands out in the crowded sparkling water market. The 12 x 500 ml cans offer a generous supply, perfect for keeping stocked up at home or on the go. The branding may be bold, but the water itself is refreshingly simple, with a crisp, clean taste that quenches your thirst without any unnecessary sweetness or artificial flavors. What truly sets Mango Chainsaw apart is the subtle hint of mango. It’s not overpowering but just enough to add a delightful twist to the plain sparkling water, making it a great choice for those who enjoy flavored water without the strong artificial taste. The mango flavor is natural and smooth, complementing the effervescence of the sparkling water perfectly. The cans are also noteworthy for their design—sturdy and visually striking, they’re a fun addition to any drink collection. Overall, Liquid Death’s Mango Chainsaw is a great choice if you’re looking for a plain but refreshing sparkling water with a light, enjoyable hint of mango. It’s a delightful, guilt-free beverage that’s as satisfying as it is unique.

I first tried liquid death the other day at a stand-up gig, purely out of curiosity. To my surprise! It was a really refreshing neutral sparkling water. The appear is mostly marketing. Let's be fair, but the marketing is brilliant. How was nobody thought to give water a cool new attitude. The branding may seem trivial, but the look of the can means people who don't drink alcohol could happily drink this at a party and not look or feel out of place.Overall if I can get it again at the price I paid around 75p a can I'll happily buy again. As unlike most flavoured waters, there is no sweeteners detectable Which is what I hate about flavoured water. Most companies don't seem to be able to just add the flavour to water without adding sweetness to me it's no longer water once you've added sweeteners.Overall pleasant blind flavour without sweetness. A little expensive at full price but very refreshing.

The drink is very nice, you can tell the water is high quality. Nice and fizzy with a subtle lime taste, not overpowering at all which in my opinion is what you want in a water based drink. It is very good if you are trying to cut a soda addiction as it feels similar to drinking soda without the high calorie sugar content.FYI - It is not 20 calories and it has sweetener agave nectar inside it instead of what it says on the photo as this product is the UK/EU version not the USA version.

4.0 out of 5 stars Subtle but enjoyable

    T.D. · 4 December 2023

Love the packaging and edgy marketing, the drink itself was enjoyable and not too in your face or artificial tasting which I liked. At first it is a bit underwhelming despite the heavy metal branding and the first few mouthfuls are a bit bland, however the flavour builds and is good once you get going. Level of carbonation was perfect for me. Not too much but you knew it was sparkling. Will be back to buy again at some point, I'm sure.

5.0 out of 5 stars American water now has a cast iron grip on my drinking habits

I thought that Liquid Death was just a gimmick, its just water blah blah blah, but I can't actually believe how good this water is.The flavouring of both the lime and the mango versions are just subtle enough to be flavourful but not overpowering, and the carbonation hits the sweet spot where the water hasn't mostly converted to carbonic acid, so the drink is still refreshing too. At its current cost of £15 for 12 cans, these two drinks are my go-to, effectively replacing other soft drinks at the moment, so I hope the trend is to keep importing these en mass, or even begin production over here.If you're on the fence, I highly recommend them, at 1.25 a can at the moment it's still cheaper than buying a soft drink or even mid tier water at the shops. Just give it a go!

1.0 out of 5 stars Disgusting flat water

    A.C. · 9 October 2024

The water is flat and awful, there is no lime or lemon taste. I’ll describe it this way: imagine the last inch of a McDonalds Sprite, that has been left in your car for a few days, the ice has melted and diluted the taste of the drink, the ice water has made it stale. However, you take a sip knowing full well how awful it would be. Well, this water tastes just like that but worse! Yuck. I honestly bought the lemon and lime Tesco’s own brand and it tastes so much better.

I don’t drink a lot of beer. But I also don’t exercise nearly enough. I love the hard seltzers such as the big one WC.I thought why not try this as it’s a healthier option than the others or even than soda. I like a drink out of habit while watching the football.Tried my first can tonight. Great taste. Not too strong. It’s lightly carbonated which makes it an easy drink. The can and pack are fully recyclable. And the designs are awesome.Worth a try and I’d highly recommend it.

2.0 out of 5 stars Huge let down.

    M.W. · 13 June 2024

The long and short of it. Advertising and packaging, 5/5. Taste of the flavoured version, 1/5I was drawn to the advertising and style of the cans. The individual carton the bottom of the boxes is a really cool idea. The line 'murder your thirst' cool. Different approach to other companies in the drinks department. More exo friendly than other companies, all great bonus points. I appreciate it.But at the end of the day a drink or food product gets tested on taste and that is where this let's itself down, massively. This flavoured sparkling water is non existent. I cannot taste the lime that is supposed to be in it at all. Other companies do a way better job of making flavoured sparkling water with zero sugar at a half the price.I've given it 2 stars because of the advertising.

    SEVERED LIME SO GOOD… YEAH!

    N.x. · 30 August 2024

The still water and carbonated water Liquid Death is what it is, but here I’m reviewing the flavored varieties, specifically Severed Lime…I can’t remember all the names of the flavors offhand, but I tried the mango, cherry, melon and lime, and the Severed Lime is by far my favorite of the four. The cherry was alright and the mango was tolerable enough, but I could care less if I even finished the melon flavor… but that’s my preference. I’m interested to try more flavors but I will continue to order or buy Severed Lime in the future for sure if I want flavored Liquid Death.VERY IMPORTANT/“pro tip”: look at the pictures for the product before you purchase Severed Lime and make sure it has calcium listed as 4% and then you know you’re getting the superior version of Liquid Death… not sure if Liquid Death is changing so that there is less mineral content/different water source or if it just depends on liquid ounces if it’s labeled or not, m but I for one think it tastes better when the cans are labeled with 4% calcium and have compared to Severed Lime when it was not labeled with calcium, and no it’s not an unbiased test or scientific but I’d rather have extra mineral content or have it certified on the label of the can… that’s no placebo if the label can be trusted even if the taste test is.K.

    Great tasting Water
