5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use
Spray was very handy, good dosage too
4.0 out of 5 stars Good but expensive
A lot less hassle and saves time. Just not sure I would pay more than about 10GBP next time. It is a quality brand that i do trust for nutrition, so needs weighing up.

5.0 out of 5 stars Liquid sunshine
For a variety of reasons, I do not get a great deal of sunshine at the moment and I certainly notice the effect. Taking Vit D is an essential part of my daily vitamin routine as I can be susceptible to SADS if I’m not careful. Starting and finish work in the dark in the winter months can severely affect people and I believe some don’t know that a simple spray such as this can make a real difference.Spray vitamins and minerals are an absolute boon for people who don’t like tablets. This is a simple procedure of one spray under the tongue once a day. Easy. The spray comes in a nice dark glass bottle which I prefer as it’s not plastic. The taste is peppermint. I’ve tried a few different Vit D sprays over the years and they all seem to be peppermint. This one is a teeny little bit oily for my liking though. One I used recently was much lighter in the mouth but it isn’t unpleasant and won’t affect my taking it.At £15.99 this works out at around 13p a day which is incredible value for a decent percentage supplement these day. Recommended.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great
I love supplements and vitamins in liquid form.Vitamin D3 seems like an absolute must in colder climates in winter, to keep the immune system strong to fight whatever types of flu.Easy to dose - just one spray into your mouth, fast and convenient. It feels oily and it has subtle peppermint flavour. It comes in a dark 15ml glass bottle small enough to take with you if travelling and staying away from home. It contains 120 daily doses, so supply for 4 months if you spray once.Ingredients are simple: MCT oil, vitamin D3 complex (sunflower seed oil, cholecalciferol), natural peppermint flavouring, vitamin E complex (D Alpha tocopherol acetate, soybean oil)I like the packaging and the dark muted blue-green label, too.On the package is stated that every batch is tested for sport banned substances. I am not a professional athlete, but I know some and therefore could recommend this to them.Price is very reasonable for 4 months.
3.0 out of 5 stars A great way to take vitamins, and this spray has a pleasant peppermint flavour.
I do take various vitamin supplements and most of them are in tablet form. I don't mind tablets but even then I prefer to chew on a tablet rather than swallow it. I am not overly fond of capsules as they are often larger and have to be swallowed. I saw the KINETICA Vitamin D3 spray and, having tried a different spray previously, I thought I would give the KINETICA one a try.The product arrives well packaged and the dosage information is around the amount of Vitamin D3 that I tend to take. The small spray bottle works well and you only need one spray per suggested dose. The retail price is around £16 for 120 doses, so that's about 13p per day, so quite reasonable. The expiry date on the bottle I received is Dec 2022 which I think is a very good date range for a 3 month-lasting product. The peppermint taste is very mild, which I am fine with. It's a rather nice flavour and not very sweet.I very much prefer products of this nature (which I class as medicinal) to be made in the UK, or Europe. The product page for the KINETICA spray says that the country of origin is Ireland, which is fine. However, on the box there's no mention of the manufacturing origin and on the actual spray bottle it says "Distributed by: Kinetica Sports Nutrition..." - that still doesn't specify a country of production. That concerns me a little but having said that I notice that some well known people advocate the product so that's good to see. The product is WADA compliant which is also good to see. Also it is suitable for Vegetarians.I like this product but because of my requirements for a clear labelling of where a product is made and manufactured I will probably not purchase this vitamin product in the future. I can say though that if you have none of my concerns that the product works well, tastes nice and is good value for the 3 month supply. Therefore, the ONLY reason I am giving the product 3 Stars is because I am not convinced that the word 'distributed' is what I am looking for.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good vitamins , better absorbed then using the tablets
I always use vitamin D especially in the Winters as we don't get enough sun. I always used tablets and thought will try the spray as absorption of the vitamin D should be much better than using the spray. As well dosage is easy just one spray and plus you get quite a decent dose of vitamin D. another great thing it left really refreshing taste after using in the mouth which is very nice. I always spray under the tongue as it feels very nice and helps to absorb faster. The bottle will last long which is really good considering the price. Which for Vitamin D are a bit high.Overall good vitamins easy to use the bottle are small so can take with you even then travelling. And it leaves a nice fresh peppermint aftertaste.
