    I have quite bad osteoarthritis in my hips and shoulders and having used Incite Nutrition products before and benefited from them, I thought that I would give this product a go to see if it could help reduce the recent pain that I have been having.You receive 120 tablets for £8.99 and you take 2 capsules daily with a meal, thus you have two months supply. The tablets despite being 2cm long are actually very easy to swallow and being someone who often struggles with swallowing tablets, I have had no problems with these. There is also no taste and I personally think are good value for money. Delivery was also next day.Glucosamine and Chondroitin is known to help with Pain, Arthritis, Joints and is also a source of vitamin C. It can help with cartilage structure and In theory, these supplements have the potential to slow cartilage deterioration in the joints, and to reduce pain in the process according to medical journals I have seen about the product.It is still very early days as I have not had the product too long but I can feel some benefit when running with less pain in my hips. I hope to be able to see a bigger impact the longer that I take these tablets.I would certainly recommend this product and will be ordering them again.

    When it comes to food supplements and multi-vitamins I'm a very sceptical person. Most people who take multi-vitamins probably don't need them unless they're living on a very restrictive diet or have medical condition. I think the same thing usually applies to food supplements, they're probably not needed most of the time.However, when I've suffered from ongoing joint problems and all else has failed I've ordered Glucosamine Sulphate. The first time it worked I put it down to coincidence. In fact I only ordered them because a friend had nagged me into ordering them for my joint pain. They were very cheap for a years supply so I thought what the hell. But to utter amazement after 3-4 weeks the pain was almost gone.The second time I had joint pain in another part of my body. My fingers in fact. I play guitar a lot so I put it down to wear and tear. Once again I ordered Glucosamine expecting it not to work but this time after 2-3 weeks the pain reduced significantly. And now after several months it has pretty much gone. If I play guitar a lot it starts to creep back but not to any level that bothers me and within a couple of days the pain disappears.So, does this stuff really work? I can only say that I've used this product twice (I used the full 1 year course both times) and my pain went away very quickly after having 6-7 months of pain that didn't seem to be clearing up by itself. These are so cheap to buy that if you're suffering from joint pain it has to be worth a shot.Only down side is that these tablets are huge! If you struggle to swallow aspirin or paracetamol then you will probably need to break these in half.

    Ich habe das Produkt für meine Mutter gekauft weil sie Arthrose hat und ständig mit schmerzen zu kämpfen hat.Die Dose ist sehr Handlich.Der Deckel ist mit einer PlastikFolie eingeschweißt. Wenn man den Deckel herunter Schraubt ist ebenfalls nochmal ein frische verschluss drauf.Es befinden sich 365 Tabletten in der Dose somit reichen die Tabletten für ein Jahr. Man sollte sie täglich einmal zu einer Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen.Um unsere Gelenke ohne gesundheitliche und funktionelle Einbußen möglichst lange am Leben zu erhalten und vor Verschleißerscheinungen (Arthrose) und anderen Krankheiten (Arthritis, Gicht, Rheuma usw.) zu schützen, ist es unentbehrlich, den Körper rund um die Uhr hinreichend mit bestimmten Nährstoffen (Glucosamin) zu versorgenGlucosaminsulfat kann körperliche Beschwerden lindern und auch dazu beitragen, diese zu verhindern. Die allgemeine Gesundheit der Gelenke ist sehr wichtig und kann mit Glucosaminsulfat erreicht werden. Glucosaminsulfat ist ein Hauptbaustein des Bindegewebes des menschlichen Körpers. Dies umfasst Bereiche wie Knorpel und sogar die Herzklappen.
