This is a fab double oven and really smart. The price paid, great value. You do need to read the description of the oven, as I noticed a review said it didn't come with a plug. It needs to ne hard wired. Can't comment on how it preforms just yet, as only received today, but sure it will do the job. It came well packaged and delivered before time and will look fab in anyone's kitchen. I will add this is my 2nd oven as the 1st one had a smashed door. I contacted Bolo straight away, the customer service was excellent. It was arranged to be picked up a couple of days later, no quibble. I have it on max as the mo to burn off any protective material and hardly any noise. Love it

Ordered this cooker without properly reading the reviews which is out of character for me...The cooker was delivered on time, no issues there but when I unpacked it. It looked like it had been rolled down a flight of stairs. It was in a shocking state considering it's brand new...Badly dented and scratched. Straight onto Bolo customer services who are becoming harder to actually speak to and arranged a return and replacement...If this is the state they are sending out expensive items like this then I have no faith the replacement will be any better. If it isn't, I will be cancelling the order completely and getting a refund...So now, I have a brand new cooker which is useless and a space where my old cooker used to be...I'm gonna be 3 days now without any means of cooking a meal...Shocking service.Bolo are good for most things but white goods certainly isn't one them...Don't waste your time, money and sanity...I should have gone to Another retailer.The wiring looks complicated too...Not a standard connection either so probably gonna have to get an electrician to install it...All in all I wish I hadn't bothered...I will update when the replacement arrives...UPDATE....New one arrived in perfect condition, thankfully...Once it was wired in we tested it as per manufacturer instruction... (Basically let the oven and grill burn off for half an hour.)I have to be honest I'm really happy with it... It doesn't half belt out some heat...Fingers crossed it gives us a few years of decent service...

We are out on this one only time will tell the hob hadn't been functioning properly but has corrected itself. Fot the moment. As to the look ok, was it worth the selling price definitely no.futher to the time we have had this oven we sadly have found issues with it . The oven fo example doesn't heat up to the required temperature .we are currently seeking the help of the trades and standards to see what is going wrong. Is it a manufacturing fault or just some problem with the settings. ?? Hopefully the engineer will be able to clarify this. Will keep you informed if we have to return,we will let you would be buyers know.

Oven looks fine, it's a bit fiddly to install due to the odd connections, it does not come with a cable.The hob seems mostly fine.The main oven however is a joke, as reported in other reviews if you have at max temperature for around 20mins or so, it will switch itself off, the seems to be some kind of safety feature to prevent overheating. Which for an oven seems to be a ridiculous design flaw. If the max temp is dangerous, why allow that setting? It makes no sense.As I'm in the UK I had the oven installed by an electrician, this was around £100. I will be refunding / returning this oven but only once Bolo agree to pay for installation fee. Also in order to not be without an oven for weeks, I need to reorder a new oven, and have that fitted before sending this back, again at my expense.There are better ovens at the same price, with basically the same features, don't get this one. I do have other hisense products and have been generally happy with them. But an overheating oven is not acceptable.Avoid.

Lovely product I cooked pizza in their and it cooked it evenly. There was no brown spots. It’s a very stylish colour and it fits nice and snug in the standard oven size unit Best purchase I’ve made so far this year since I’ve moved into my new flat would highly recommend One note make sure you check the connections as this needs to be hardwired
