I was dreading tasting this because of the reviews, expecting fishy sludge or something! It’s absolutely fine, just tastes very strongly of blackcurrants. Too early to see any results yet, but if you’re hesitant about buying in case it tastes vile, just go for it. Don’t let that be the reason you miss out on the benefits. It honestly isn’t bad, and I didn’t taste fish at all.Update: four weeks in and my nails are vastly improved!

I have previously tried a variety of collagen products, both in powder and tablet form, and have found Free Soul's product to be the most effective. My skin appears and feels more hydrated and soft (having struggled with recurring dry skin issues after accutane treatment) and my hair is now growing quicker, healthier and is softer. The sachet form is easy to travel around with and the flavour is also pretty good. I take this daily now alongside Free Soul's apple cider vinegar gummies which has helped my gut (taken now daily for 9 months straight). Love the products and can't recommend them enough! You see results fairly quickly too!

I've been taking collagen for a while and have struggled to find a product which you don't have to hold your nose to consume! This one actually tastes not bad and if you don't want to drink straight you can add hot or cold water to make a blackcurrant drink. Takes the negative out of adding it to your daily routine

I've been taking collagen for a month now. What a difference it has made to my hair and nails in particular. For the first time in many years they are growing without breaking. The taste isn't great but I just mix it in with some flavoured water.

Haven’t used it enough to see results but the fish aftertaste makes me gag. Have to chase it with something. That being said it’s a quick and easy way to get ur Collagen!

I’ve used a few different brands and types of Collagen but this one is really good. Tastes the nicer than most. It has a berry flavour to help take away the fishy flavour. Reasonably priced when compared to other brands with the same level of collagen content. I am 50yrs old and been using this product for about 8 months and have noticed my hair and skin have improved in hydration. I will definitely continue using this product!! It’s great!!

I normally had no issues with this product. I recieved it on tkme and the the delivery was great. I recieved mynltest batch July 2024. I took one out,the small packet was "swollen". I didn't think much of it. The first sip was very sour, like it was off! I checked the other packets inside ans they were all ready to pop. I had to bin them!

Easy to take I take them neat as they taste really ok compared to absolute collagen which I have just switched from as this one is cheaper.
