    review for the smaller one, as we haven't had much chance using the bigger one.overall, very nice item for price, does the job of skimming and straining liquids, works well in hot temperatures, easy to clean, care scratching bottom of pan when use.Easy to clean: very easy, no issues at all, material is good, no stains so farmaterial: nice and sturdy, no idea what metal this is, but so far no bends, breaks or scratchesscratching pan worries: the bottom is mostly well made enough there is little worry for this. the only place of slight concern is the two bolts they put in the back of the spatula to secure the handle to the spoon bit. there is a little scratchiness to it which can scratch the bottom of pans in shallow fry, but can be easily avoided with a bit of care when usingworking temperatures: have used in ice water and hot oil, no issues so far.

    J'adore l'araignée pour "pêcher" les pâtes dans leur eau bouillante afin de les plonger dans la préparation de la poêle, ça me permet de conserver l'eau de cuisson des pâtes pour le cas où la petite sauce de la poêle en aurait besoin. Elle me fait gagner du temps, pour le nettoyage, un petit coup d'éponge et hop! dans l'égouttoir. L'écumoire me sert parfaitement pour retirer la mousse des bouillons ainsi que filtrer l'huile chaude, etc. J'adore les deux.
