    Excellent pegs, large but not too large (perfectly fit the tent feet with the holes), ease to put in (ground with grass) no need for a hammer, holding up properly and easy to take out (simply using another peg as a hook). Finally my party tent wasn't trying to fly away with the wind AAA

    Bought these to hold down a gazebo that, during high winds, had previously slipped its anchor and ended up in next doors garden. After trying other types of pegs that hadn't worked, I thought I'd give these a try and, must admit, these pegs are more than admirable and do the job they were intended for.Sturdy twisted steel wire construction that is easy to hammer into hard ground (don't imagine they'd work on rock!), long enough to go beyond the top soil and securely hold items in place. Not sure as to what level the galvanised coating has been applied but, even if they rust, you'll not notice as they're hammered into the ground and probably hidden in the grass.

    Ordered 10 of these to fasten down some armoured cable next to a wall on my long drive. Originally thought about tent pegs but needed something longer than the six inch ones and twelve inches would have been too long, plus these looked stronger. They are very, very sturdy and I had no problem hitting them with a lump (club) hammer to get them in the ground, despite them at times hitting large stones and they did not bend one bit. Time will tell on their resistance to the weather but they are certainly tough and I highly recommend them for people needing something stronger than the usual tent pegs.

    I liked that they are nice and solid, the only problem I have is that some of the hook ends are not quite square and I have no way of bending them to suit the purpose for which I bought them.
