    I take probiotics for stomach issues as I was advised by my GP that they may be beneficial. Probiotics come in many forms but have them as a nice fruity jelly sweet is certainly my favourite way to take them so far. The gummie itself isn't to jelly like and a has a nice fruit flavour that isn't too sweet. They come boxed but inside is a bag with the gummies in so they are handy to carry around. How well they are acting as a probiotic is a bit subjective but I've been taking them for over a week and feel fine, certainly no ill affects. Only downside to these is they are definitely on the expensive side
