So unhappy this morning my little man wanted this so much he opened it christmas the green screen is ripped and frayed and the led lights is torn at the bottom of it. Please becareful buying this priduct

Bought this for my daughters birthday. After using the ring light for no more than 10 minutes it turns off. It will then only come back on if we turn off and on again at mains. This is very frustrating. My daughter ripped all the packaging getting in to it as she was very excited so I can not return. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to contact the seller only return. Strip lights and green screen both seem to work fine
