Purchased this for my wife, who suffers from back pain. Chose this item for its 4D massager with heat. My wife loves it, as it is gives a firm massage and others previously purchased didn’t help much. Also have to mention the customer service, which was top notch when an issue occurred. Highly recommend and would purchase again.

While providing an excellent massage and a product I use myself to relieve neck and back tension, when my father attempted to use it to relieve neck pain he found it somewhat cumbersome to use and the mechanical massage to be a bit severe.

This is a brilliant product . I have a prolapsed disc and seeing a chiropractor he recommended that I buy a product like this .Really helps loosen up my muscles on my neck and lower back . 3 levels of intensity which is what I need . Love it , it's really made a difference to my comfort.

Was enthusiastic about this product. Good for me but for me petit partner a bit too rough on the shoulders. Brilliant on lower back and feet however. Good for the price.

Ordered this for my mother as she was having neck and shoulder issues and she loves it! The fact that it has the buttons right by her and can the massage any part of the body is perfect . Says it does a real good job too. Delivery was quick as usual and just on regular shipping (Drop off could have been better) and priced reasonably. Thanks Bolo. Fast relief
This is amazing. After ongoing shoulder pain, and my husband getting sick of constant requests to rub my neck and shoulders, plus an exacerbated injury over the weekend, I ordered this in desperation and was delightfully surprised. Plugged it in and sat down to enjoy and control continuous dedicated rubbing to my pain points. So much relief! . It’s not a masseuse or a husband, but it is excellent in helping apply constant pressure and attention to my bad back, neck and shoulders. The heat function doesn’t seem to work well on mine but everything else is perfect. Great budget buy and same day delivery made it a god send. This is an out of the box review so can’t speak to how long it last overtime. I love it so far!

Why didn't I buy this sooner
This is definitely gonna save me the money from going to a masseuse. This will dig in to the hard knots. It definitely works. It hurts sometimes, but it sure feels good afterwards. You have to try it.
Very comfortable and works great, not to hard on the back.
I wish that it worked without being plugged in.
