I've been using the powder for a while now. The taste is decent, though it leans a bit on the sugary side for my liking. However, when it comes to effectiveness, it certainly delivers. I've noticed a difference in my muscle growth since I started incorporating it into my post-workout routine.Mixing it is pretty straightforward, and it blends well into smoothies and shakes without leaving clumps. While I'm not a huge fan of the sweetness, it's not a deal-breaker considering the positive impact it's had on my fitness goals.

Been using this in my smoothies and it works okay. I did have a vanilla flavor before and I have to say I do prefer the added sweetness. It does what it is supposed to do but the flavor is very bland but hey it is just plain whey lol. Good health benefits tho and it's a great price.

Absolutely love this. It’s quite sweet so that might be off putting for some but personally I really enjoy it.It’s filling as protein shakes should be, and tastes like milky bar!!I will say even shaking it heavily it still does clump a tiny bit but if you leave it to settle they usually sort themselves out.

Il sapore è gradevole ma soprattutto ha una ottima solubilità.Piccolo consiglio per avere una solubilità al 100%: aggiungere la polvere DOPO aver messo nel miscelatore un terzo di acqua, poi riempire ed agitare,Se la polvere viene messa nel miscelatore asciutto e poi aggiunta l'acqua di formano grumi e si spreca prodotto.
