    I have tried the cheaper ones but they do not work on me as good as these. I can say these have helped a lot with my moods and other menopausal issues. They are quite pricey but the difference in my personal change is worth it.

    Never tried ashwaganda before, but, for me it is much better than rhodiola or ginseng. It leaves me feeling energised, and even seems to have a viagra type benefit. It is very pricey though.

    I bought these (for stress relief, I get little shooting pains from when I wake up), then switched to a cheaper brand. It wasn't worth it as they just didn't work the same as these do. They are pricey but there is a reason. I take one in the morning for stress (the dose is 2 a day but it still helps me with one) and one in the evening to help with sleep.

    Ben taking it for some time and can’t see any difference at all, still have anxiety and panic attacks so I think this supplement is too overpriced.

    These havent got many reviews on here but they were highly rated when i did some research so thought id give them a try. I suffer low mood probably more than 50% of the time and also suffer from anxiety. In the month I’ve been using them I havent had low mood or anxiety which I’m finding quite amazing. Low moods I’ve had all my life! I readily admit I’m not a severe case in either mood or anxiety but I find these brilliant for me.

    I bought these based on positive reviews online, on reflection, these seem more like adverts.They gave me stomach pain almost immediately and did not make a difference to my anxiety or help at all in that sense.After switching to a more trustworthy and reliable brand the stomach pains stopped and I noticed a difference in my state of mind immediately. I am not convinced these are what they claim to be or that Hey nutrition are trustworthy brand.It was rated no 1 in an online comparison site which was why I initially bought them but having given this a closer glance the website is not a reliable source of information nor a genuine recommendation or rating site. considering the stomach pains I suffered for the week I did take these I am concerned about what is actually in these.
