It’s been a week now since I purchased the product.It actually works, bought it for energy boost, and I’m glad I did. Already feeling more energetic than I did before. More clarity of mind, and be warned it sends you to the loo a lot, quite useful for anyone suffering from constipation.All in all I can feel a marked difference in my well-being, and it’s clear my body is taking on more nutrients than before. Well packaged and arrived on time . I don't know if its these or just a general thing . But I've been taking 2 tablets in a morning and my mind seems clearer my energy levels are better . I have a smart watch and I've noticed that my heart rate has gone from being good to being excellent for my age since taking these .
