Nothing ever sticks to it and I mean, nothing. Have been using this now for several months and it is flawless. So easy to clean, it is a joy to use and cooks everything very evenly. Well made too.

I always buy carote products especially if Bolo has a deal on them. Experience has taught me that cheaper items are just false economy that never last. This is an excellent medium/heavy pan that's robust, long lasting and a pleasure to cook with (no sticking). You can't go wrong with this product, highly recommended.

Here’s my detailed review:What I Like:- Effective Non-Stick Coating: The non-stick coating works exceptionally well. Food slides off easily, and it requires minimal oil for cooking, which is great for healthier meals and easy cleaning.- Induction Compatible: The pan works perfectly on my induction hob, heating up quickly and evenly. It’s also compatible with other types of stoves, adding to its versatility.- Durable Construction: The pan feels sturdy and well-made. The materials used seem durable and capable of withstanding regular use without warping or degrading.- Comfortable Handle: The handle is ergonomically designed and comfortable to hold. It remains cool to the touch during cooking, providing a secure and safe grip.- Easy to Clean: Thanks to the effective non-stick surface, the pan is very easy to clean. Most of the time, a simple wipe with a sponge is enough to remove any residue.What I Dislike:- Size Limitation: The 20cm size is quite small, which is fine for single servings or small meals, but it’s not ideal for larger dishes or cooking for multiple people. A larger size option would be useful for more versatility.- Weight: The pan is a bit heavier than I expected. While this adds to its durability, it can be a bit cumbersome to handle, especially when full.- Non-Stick Longevity: While the non-stick coating is effective, I’m cautious about its longevity. This is such a handy little non-stick pan to saute all kinds of things. It's just as good as my very expensive non-stick frying pan that I bought at an outdoor Spring show. Nothing sticks in it and the coating is heavy-duty so I'm sure it will last a long time if you don't use metal utensils. It's a great weight too and easy to clean. I love it!

A small pan is one of my most go-to pans in the kitchen for solo work - scrambled eggs, fried egg, etc. I cook a lot so they get hammered. My previous pan was starting to have a few issues on my induction hob so I had a look around and found this. I was tempted to just replace with my existing brand but took a punt and am pleased I did - its better than my previous "stone/marblesque coating" pan by a distance. Two things for me make this better - firstly there are no handle rivet heads on the inside of the pan, which makes cleaning it easier. This is often overlooked by pan makers, and its a hassle when cleaning off scrambled eggs which stick to the rivet heads. Secondly, the coating is smoother than other types and so it makes it more non-stick and easier to clean. Didn't think I would like the handle as I prefer just plain utilitarian black but it feels comfortable and sturdy to use so I will live with that and it actually looks classy. Am so impressed with it I'm thinking of replacing my other pans with the other models in the range, even though I don't need to...

I simply cannot fault these pans so far.I was so impressed with the small frying pan that I bought the large lidded one as well. I bought the CAROTE Non Stick Frying Pan 20cm Induction Frying Pan as it is PFOA Free, All Stoves Compatible in White Granite, then went back for the large saute Pan with lid. I'm thinking of getting the set.The look expensive, they cook everything perfectly, there's no harmful nonstick chemicals, hardly need any oil at all.Nothing sticks to them.They are not dishwasher compatible, but that doesn't matter as they're so easy to clean. Very impressed

If you are tired of non stick that peels off or which scratches ditch it and buy these! I have problems with heavy pans but I can make great pancakes or potato cakes or omlette with this pan. Incredibly versatile and it has increased my confidence tenfold! They wash well and the handles are very ergonomic and heat proof. Sturdy pans but not too heavy for their size, great range of sizes. Wonderful even heat no scorching! We love the lidded saute pan as well and now plan on getting a set we are so impressed. These are like your grandma's best cast iron pan updated for the modern era.
