    I was surprised at the dinkiness of this - though butter knives are supposed to be small. Personally, I like it, though I'm a female with similarly dinky hands. I would imagine that a 6'6" bloke with proportionally sized hands would find this a bit like using a kid's tea set.It's marked as stainless steel and after two weeks of use no marks have appeared so I assume it is as stated. Is it worth the £4 I paid for it? Not when one compares it to the price of a normal dinner knife - but it's one of the cheapest butter knives I've found and seems to be better quality than other marginally cheaper items.It's attractiveIt's sturdy.It's reasonably priced.It's a knife - it does as it's supposed to.

    Lovely butter knife. The metal is very reflective. Could also be used as a peanut butter knife. Love it!

    Is this knife only for spreading goat’s milk butter? I only ask because of the size, which – clearly – is meant for kids (as in baby goats!😉).Joking apart: this butter knife is tiny! Well made and sturdy, it is a quality piece of cutlery – but ridiculously small, making it difficult to hold, and awkward to use. Don’t be fooled by the dimensions shown on the webpage: these are, in fact, the size of the card on which the knife is supplied, NOT the knife itself!

    I love these. Solid. Robust. Sturdy. All the things that a successful household should be when it comes to butter knives ha.Who am I kidding…. I just wanted my bread board to look posh on the few times a year we have Pâté evenings… with some home made Focaccia.My friends call them gout nights ha. But these are perfect for spreading things… butter, soft cheese… Marmite… that kinda thing. I love them. Fine in the dishwasher, and none of this dodgy coated stuff - these seem solid and really high quality. I think I now have around 6???
