Contains sodium fluoride (250 ppm F.) Directions Rinse mouth with 10-20ml of our delicious mouthwash twice a day for up to thirty seconds then expel. Do not use if bottle seal is broken when purchased. Do not dilute, swallow or swig from the bottle. Not recommended for children under 6. Products That Perform We worked with a third-party, independent testing house to determine the effectiveness of our Whitening Mouthwash. This showed that it will whiten teeth up to 5 shades whiter after two weeks use twice a day. Thoughtful Packaging We think very carefully about the materials we use for all our packaging.     This mouthwash is really refreshing to slosh with.Mouth feels tingly clean after. Teeth look whiter too.People always comment on how white my teeth look especially after using this mouthwash.

    So annoying that the lid has changed to a small metal screw top which means the cap cannot be used as a small cup for dispensing the liquid.

    I've been using this brand of mouthwash for a while now and it's very good. Not harsh like other companies and actually does leave my teeth whiter than without using the mouthwash. My mouth and breath are is leays fresh after using the mouthwash. No complaints here at all.

    This is a great product, does the job well, tastes pleasant (minty with a sweet edge on the end, almost like bubble gum if I am completely honest but it may taste differentto others!) The slightly fizzy element took me by surprise, not like a pop but quite subtle. Would purchase again.
