    I have been taking these for a few months now and I have definitely seen an improvement in my hair. It looks thicker and there’s less hair loss and breakage. I’ve also noticed my nails are stronger and grow faster than they used to.

    I’ve just ordered my 3rd tub of these and have been taking them since 2 weeks after giving birth to prevent/reduce post partum hair loss. Even though I still did experience a bit of hair loss around the 3 month mark (as almost all women do post partum due to hormone changes) I honestly feel these vitamins have helped keep my hair thick and shiny and healthy looking even while I was going through the hair loss stage. My hair feels so healthy and strong and I think I’m going to keep taking these vitamins indefinitely!! They taste lovely too
