    Having been on antibiotics for 4 weeks my stomach was in a really bad way. Frequently toilet visits to say the least. discomfort digesting food.I was told by the dr this was normal and it could take up to 3 months to restore my gut biome, but he did recommend probiotics.Whilst using these tablets and also incorporating more fermented foods such as kefir, kombucha etc my stomach came back to normal within 2 weeks.This was a surprise as I was expecting it to be maybe a month or more, especially after hearing it could take 3 months.Having read up on the benefits and experienced it first hand now I will be using probiotics for good.

    This probiotic is great and definitely works but I would keep it in its container or else it changes shape and the powder looks a bit suspect and hard (not sure if it is normal or not). I have a daily pill container and I put probiotics with my other medication and the probiotic changed shape, colour and became hard.

    These probiotics have made such a difference to me and to my daughter. Previously we were taking so many extra vitamins, but within a week of taking these, we felt like our food was being absorbed properly and the supplements weren't needed any longer. No longer have that sluggish feeling.It does seem expensive, but I only need one every other day (or it gets a little windy!!), and works out cheaper than all the supplements I used to take.

    I have had IBS for years, to the point where I have started to have panic attacks in any situation where I cannot immediately leave the room if I feel my stomach starting to let me down.The day after starting these, my stomach has returned to completely normal. I have been on them for 2 weeks and have not had any stomach problems at all. My anxiety has reduced due to my stomach not being upset and I hope in a few more weeks my anxiety will disappear as I worry about my stomach less and less. Amazing product. I had previous tried other probiotics and home made kefir every day which helped a little but these probiotics have been a total game changer.
