It’s a good product and the scent is nice, but it doesn’t get the smell out of the clothing easily to be honest. Like often worn jackets. Otherwise it is really gentle to fabric such as Marino wool.

It's really difficult to know how to treat wool, especially more delicate wools like cashmere. I really appreciated this set with a number of different components, which make it very easy to treat these delicate items. I found it didn't cause any damage and left the fabric feeling lovely and soft, as well as with a nice, subtle fragrance.

Very luxurious specialist set comprising a mild detergent and a spray for your cashmere and delicate woollens. I've only used it for hand washing but it's suitable for use in a machine cycle too. It's sustainable with no harsh chemicals but it cleans very effectively and you can use the spray to either top-up the fragrance after washing, or to use to refresh the items in between washes.The fragrance is more of a winter fragrance, but that makes sense as that's the time of year when you mainly wear your cashmere and woollen clothing. To me, it's a strong cinnamon and cedarwood fragrance, which smells luxurious and is unisex.I'm very happy with it as it's pleasant to use and it is a good way to look after the very delicate fabrics as I do want to prolong the life of these garments for as long as possible. It's not cheap but for a specialist treatment that avoids having to use the dry cleaners, I think it's worth it.
5.0 out of 5 stars The Detergant Has A Lovely Warming Scent & Does An Excellent Job Of Taking Care Of A Cashmere Wash
This detergent pack from The Lab Co is just the ticket if you have delicate cashmere clothing. Both the freshening spray and the actual laundry detergent smell great and that combination of Myrrh, Cinnamon and Cedarwood works well to create a "warming" scent.The spray is just that, a freshening spray that works well so my main focus in this review is on the washing detergent.One small frustration is that there is a (tiny) measurement instruction guide on the side of the bottle but there is no way of measuring the liquid with the actual bottle, which has a simple flip top lid. So I'm using another (cleaned) cap from an old detergent bottle which does let me measure. Other than that it's simple to use. Pour the desired amount into the washing machine drawer and then I choose to wash with the Delicates mode on my machine.I found the cashmere clothes come out clean and undamaged with no trace of any detergent, except for some of that scent transferring, albeit less strongly, onto the clothes.It's not exactly cheap, but then nor is it replacing cashmere, so this is a gentle and effective detergent that works well and overall I'm very pleased with it.
