I bought this as standing up is immensely painful for me, especially standing and leaning forward. This device does in a few seconds - with surprisingly easy physical action - what it was formerly taking me hours to do as I couldn't stand and chop things in the kitchen very well. This thing lets me dice things faster and more consistently, I can achieve all of the necessary chopping in one or two sessions instead of a dozen or so. The ease of cleaning is immensely important too, it comes apart remarkably easily and cleanly - it's a genuinely superb piece of industrial design. Materials quality is also very good, if you ever dice things this is pretty much a must-have. I can dice straight on a chopping board and pour into the InstantPot from there, brilliant.

I waited for this to arrive today as I was making some piccalilli. Had to chop, carrot, cucumber, green beans, chillies which it did very well. Diced them all very well, fast, and easy to remove bottom to unload. I liked being able to see what I was chopping. I found it easy to take apart and clean by putting it under the tap. I’ll have to check if the blade is removable but I think the running water has removed the veg bits. Well worth the money and has speeded up the chore of chopping all the veg to make piccalilli. Very happy with this purchase.

How has anyone given this more than one star!Can only take 1/4 of an onion and it chops some of it into near liquid and others into massive bits. Then you have to clean the thing. Complete waste of money. Using a knife gives better results and is easier. Oh and the press often gets stuck.Absolute Garbage.

Had an earlier version which gave up the ghost after severa; years of ahrd use. The new one is even better. Chops fineley and easily. Also has the added benefit of being easily dismantlable for cleaning. Didheasher safe. But, be careful when handling the blades as they are very sharp!

Easy to Use; Clean up is easy. Great chopper for one-two people food prep
Props: Easy to use, I think most seniors could use it. Handy for prep work for chopping vegetables for salads or meal prep. Cleans easily, just take apart as instructed and toss in dishwasher or hand wash. Great for recipes for one to two people, holds about 1 cup. Safe for children learning to cook, under adult supervision. Make quick work of chopping veggies or fruit.Cons: None I can think of.Great product, but the OXO brand is usually quite good. I use this chopper on average 3 times a week. Highly recommend. 🤩 6 star rating!
Best chopper I've purchased
The media could not be loaded. The perfect chopper. Well made. All the parts twist to attach and detach for better storage. This keeps you safe from cuts and also from losing parts. The plunger part can be secured down to make smaller for storage by twisting to secure it down into a more compact size. All the parts come apart with ease to put in the dishwasher. The blade is sharp, so take care when handling while removing for washing and upon reassembling. The chopping dish has a no slip bottom so if chopping with bottom "lid" portion on, the cup stays put. The removable bottom comes off, with the same ease as removing a lid from a plastic container. It has a little tab where you place your thumb and push it away from the container. When "lid-like" bottom is removed, the chopper can be used on larger items on a cutting surface.The unit chops nicely and with ease. It's parts fit nicely on the top rack of the dishwasher and clean up beautifully.Our old unit didn't disassemble from the top plunger completely and after time internal components rusted and broke. The top of this chopper is made to stay clean during use and can be easily wiped off without submerging or putting into the dishwasher. This is a great idea for longevity for the working parts!
