    Never having smoked or used a vape previously I could never see the point at starting at the ripe old age of 40, however, there was always something about the smell of a cigar that appealed so figured this was a safe way giving it a try.The kit was received quickly and well packaged. I will admit that the product looks great in the hand and would fool most from a distance. It's not a bad weight and the soft tips feel good between the teeth.Now I understand that I don't probably have a good reference to say how they compare to a real cigar but they taste great, all 3 flavours have a distinct taste, all good and all have that "cigar" smell to them.I did have an issue with the battery on my first unit which failed to accept a charge however I contacted XVX and they sent out a replacement kit straight away. I honestly can't fault their customer service.

    I brought this as a gift for my fiancé, he likes a cigar for special occasions and holidays. It arrived before we left for holiday and he is beyond happy with the product! He has not shut up about how much he loves it, I went for the starter kit with three flavours and he loves all of them. New vape convert!

    As a previous XVX buyer my old Cigar is about 3 or 4 years old and needed updated the old style was dark and shiny not like the modern newer version which takes the look and feel of a real cigar.This time I bought XVX soft tip cigar with the cigar flavours which were a delight to smoke. You don’t get that throat hit because they are no nicotine but there is a slight warmth with each puff and is a great substitute for people like myself that are trying to quit nicotine.Customer service is great as I encountered during Christmas time as XVX Vape were running a great deal for all XVX customers (thank you Leah).The battery life is good enough for what you need, I always charge mine on the usb on the side of the TV.Most people think it’s real unless you’re up close and personal when you can see the tip is hard!XVX vape Cigar is highly recommended by me!     Purchased for a lifelong cigar and pipe smoker after reading reviews about how authentic the flavours were. The cigar itself is very realistic as its got a softer mouth piece, but the flavours weren't very strong according to the smoker... but that's just his preference. Good value for the kit that has 2 other filters with it.
