This product is of the highest quality, the app is excellent, it’s really easy to set up and use, it has a great feature to gift it to someone and it’s ready when they open it, you can send photos from your phone or straight from WhatsApp in a few clicks… I added over 1000 photos in less than 10 minutes… the picture quality is excellent and the photo pairing is clever… honestly the most 5 star product you can buy… no strings attached or hidden costs when you buy it… excellent product… everyone who has seen wants to buy it themselves… as I said I don’t ever leave reviews but this is worthy… it has brought joy to our days looking at all the photos that slideshow and going down memory lane… looks very sleek too

Brought this for a 70th birthday present and invited all the family to add photos, which is really easy to do once you've downloaded the app.Set up was quick, slightly confusing to gift as it looked like they would get a welcome image and message but this never showed up when they turned it on. 100's of photos later and it didn't really matter.Image quality is fantastic and looks great in any room. Decided on this with all the positive reviews and it hasn't disappointed although at the higher end of the budget.

Bought this for my techniphobic parents. Took it over to their house to set it up for them.I had some issues connecting it to their wifi. Did the usual rebooting the router etc. Eventually I managed to by moving it to a different location within the room with the router. Luckily for us, it was a convenient place to leave the frame but it would have been disappointing if it didn't work in a desired location Eg in the hallway.I wanted a frame to which other family members could send photos remotely without my parents having to do anything. The Aura frame has a unique email address and after registering the family members that could send to it, it's been impeccable.The image quality really is very good. I'm a software developer and I like my gadgets and I was really impressed with the image it produces.My parents were blown away with it. And now they get a steady flow of new photos turning up in their lounge.After purchasing it, Aura sent me a voucher to use against another frame so we're going to get one ourselves.

The frame was very easy to set up and so easy to add your favourite photos. I had an issue with the frame after a few months and the frame was immediately changed with a new one without any quibble whatsoever. I absolutely love this photo frame. It sits on my bookshelf and I can see it every day to remind me of wonderful memories.

Absolutely amazing. Delivery was on time! The product itself is absolutely lovely it. Does everything it says it would. The app functions really well had no problems adding member and there so many settings you can change to custom to your likes and needs. Can reposition your pictures to fit the frame properly. The speaker for videos works very well and the volume is amazing which can also be adjusted through the app. Highly recommend and worth every penny 👌

Love these frames, purchased a few as gifts. So easy to set up, and as a family we can easily share images across all of our frames with a few clicks in the app. Highly recommend, I know there are a lot of options out there, but for our older family members all they have to do is plug it it, we can all then add without them worrying about learning how to do it.

The frame was purchased as a Christmas present in December 2023 and up until now I've loved the frame. Setup was easy, the app is intuitive and the picture has been really clear. With the click of a few buttons I could get hundreds of photos loaded onto the frame really quickly. However, after only 9 months, and only ever having it on for a few hours in the evening, the picture started to go fuzzy and now the frame won't turn on at all. I've tried unplugging the frame and moved it to a different power source but to no avail. I've since noticed similar reviews that state the same thing. This is incredibly disappointing given the price of the frame, I hadn't expected to have to replace it less than a year after purchasing it.

I set this up for my parents so they could see pics of their great grandson. The frame is beautifully made and the picture quality is great. It was easy to use and connected to WiFi seamlessly. I also love the very short videos it shows. Would highly recommend it.

I purchased this frame for my mom for Christmas. I can't stress enough how beautiful of a gift it is, and how easy it is to upload pictures at the drop of a hat. My favourite feature is that I can add photos to her frame at any distance, and even select certain photos to appear on the frame in a timely manner. So phone calls become more fun when I can broadcast certain pictures virtually.Photos can be arranged both chronologically - which the frame can even tell you the precise date each picture was taken on by simply tapping the top of the frame once - or they can be arranged on shuffle mode.If you're looking for the perfect present that's a conversation starter and keepsake all in one, look no further!
Best gift ever!
I have been buying this frame as gifts. Must’ve bought 5 of them. They are great to gift as a birthday gift, wedding gift, babyshower gift etc.This app is so easy to use and the pictures are instantly uploaded on the frame. The wifi needs rebooting here and there but this gets done by itself. It shuts down by itself when it gets too dark out which is perfect and comes back on in the morning. Also, it has unlimited storage.I love that I can invite my friends and family and they can share pictures on my frame. Overall rating would be 10/10.Amazing product.

Ce cadre m'a été offert pour Noël et je dois dire que je suis agréablement surprise tant sur le fait que l'envoie des photos se fait extrêmement facilement via l'application Aura! de plus c'est très agréable de pouvoir visionner nos photos qui malheureusement en règles générales se trouvent dans notre téléphone ou autre support.

Mon père qui ne sait pas se servir d’un smartphone ne voyait que très rarement les photos de notre famille.Avec le cadre ses enfants et ses petits enfants lui partagent leur meilleur photo. Il n’a rien à faire. On peut même programmer une heure d’extinction du cadre.Facile d’installation. Bonne qualité d’écran. Je recommande.
