    If you normally take a large -for example- but enjoy a looser fit, I would recommend getting the extra large. I have worn it 10 times washed as per instructions and once (accidentally) in the washer on the gentle cycle. So far so good. My experience with Sauna Suits in the past was that over time the seams start to separate and the stitching becomes undone. Not the case here. It is still early days but I am impressed with the material and how it functions. I always wear it with a thin base layer of merino wool as I like the feel of natural fabrics against my skin.

    I wear a sauna suit under my cycling gear and so the fit is as important as the comfort, ease of use and effectiveness.The RDX Sauna Suit, ticks all the boxes and is very good value for money.

    Quick delivery and from the off set looks good I’m 17 1/2 stone 6”2 and went for xxxl and it fits great so I would go up a size to what the chart says now time for some serious sweating 😂

    Having worn it for a few times all being the longest session being twenty mins of light walking, I'm pleased with the fit firstly, and yes it works, being seriously overweight, I'm trying to lose weight at a pace I can control without having serious health issues. Will keep you informed over the coming months

    Great sauna suit! Just ran nine miles with just the jacket on i would normally burn around 850-900 calories for that distance today was 1083 calories. As good as a extra 200 calories I would 100% recommend this item 👍

    Don’t go too hard if alone, almost fainted trying to see how much I could sweat … but if used correctly you can really shed some water weight and burn fat ! Great durability, downside is it smells like a fish market when you first open it … had to air it out in the garage for a couple days before using it. Easy to wash

    Läuft… der Schweiß! Entgegen erster Annahme, dass allein der Erwerb des Anzuges zum schwitzen anregt, muss man sich dann doch noch selber bewegen/anstrengen.Aber dann! Ich bin sehr zufrieden.Empfehlenswert!

    Tuta sudorina o sauna, quando ho aperto la confezione mi ha dato l’impressione che la tuta fosse troppo lèggerà e perciò non facesse sudare a dovere. Invece una volta indossata la sensazione negativa si è “dissolta” subito e dopo solo un minuto, inizi a sudare a dovere. Io sono alto 168 cm circa peso 74 kg ed ho preso la taglia M veste bene non è stretta ne larga e lascia lo spazio necessario ai movimenti. La uso principalmente per la camminata anche in questo periodo estivo il tessuto anche se bagnato dal sudore non da fastidio. La tuta nel complesso è molto ben fatta e stilosa rispetto alle altre che si possono acquistare online il venditore è affidabile e veloce nella spedizione. Scelta nel colore blu molto bella.Nota spiacevole è l’odore quando la si apre, “simile alla plastica tenuta al chiuso per tanto tempo ” l’ho già lavata 2 volte a mano ma l’odore persiste ancora anche se leggermente meno intenso rispetto al primo giorno, sperando che dopo vari lavaggi vada via completamente.
