I'm sceptical of these types products but these actually really work for me when on a liquid very low calorie diet. Keep me regular (had had terrible constipation before.) I honestly feel like they helped suppress my appetite. Other psyllium husk products gave me awful tummy pains but not this one. Didn't even realise it has pro and prebiotics in until looking at the label just now. maybe that's why it's so effective? I really recommend this product.
