    Esta es mi marca de suplementos favorita, ya que nunca decepciona. Pensaba que tambien traia incluida vit K2 (no habia leido bien la descripcion), pero la he comprado por separado, y las ingiero juntas para potenciar sus sinérgicos efectos en el organismo.

    Je prends de la vitamine D3 depuis que mon généraliste m'a fait faire un dosage, lequel s'est avéré insuffisant, ce qui m'avait beaucoup étonnée car je passe deux mois d'été au bord de mer, et comme je le lui faisais remarquer, il m'a dit que c'était normal chez les personnes âgées. Depuis, je commence la supplémentation en novembre avec 5000UI par jour, puis je passe à 10 000UI par jour à partir du mois de décembre et ceci pendant trois mois.

    Ich verwende diese Pillen schon länger im Winter, um Vitamin-D3-Mangel vorzubeugen. Auf die Marke gestoßen bin ich im Buch von Tim Ferris “Der 4-Stunden-Körper”. Ich kann nichts schlechtes berichten und bin zufrieden.
