An excellent alternative to using Soy Lecithin, much less Estrogenic effects with Sunflower Lecithin, compared to Soy Lecithin....although there is still some estrogenic effects with Sunflower Lecithin so be aware.

Photos show 360mg Phosphatidylcholine per 1 capsule and 1200mg lecithin. Label upon arriving showing shows 360mg phosphatidylcholine is per 2 capsules

The tablets are fused/melted together in one giant clump and are impossible to prise apart. Completely unusable and they weren’t cheap! Cannot work out how to contact seller for a refund so i’m leaving this review instead.

Super gegen Milchstau
Ich habe mir die Kapseln gegen immer wiederkehrenden Milchstau und Verstopfungen meiner Milchkanäle gekauft.Ja, die Größe der Kapseln ist schon eine Nummer und man sollte keine niedrige Würgeschwelle haben. 😄Die Kapseln riechen etwas unschön, schmecken aber dennoch neutral. Also besser nicht dran riechen.Mir haben die Kapseln sehr gut geholfen und ich würde sie immer wieder nehmen.

Desafortunadamente perderé 20€ porque no puedo tragar estas cápsulas. Son gigantes y hay que tomar dos. En ninguna parte de la descripción muestran fotos de las cápsulas reales. Hay fotos de varias cápsulas pero ninguna es como está.
