Ideal mini-fridge. Small and light, with a carrying handle, I think this has been designed with both home use and travel in mind. Holds 6 x 330ml cans and a large bar of chocolate in the door shelf.Bought to keep next to my PC, so I always have a supply of cooled drinks to hand. In this environment, it's very quiet in operation. You would hear the fan in a bedroom in the still of the night though - keep that in mind.It's early days, but no problems at all with purchase so far. In fact, I love it.

I purchased this mini fridge for my dressing table to keep my beauty products in. Looks nice, like the carry handle on top. Chilled quickly once I turned it on. This is my 3rd beauty fridge (2 previous ones were different brands) and in my experience they only work for approx 2.5 years but I don’t mind replacing them that often at this price. Hopefully this one will last longer.

This is the second mini fridge I have used. The first (not a Subcold) was so cold it worked more like a freezer - my cans would explode after the contents were frozen and expanded. I therefore approached this one with caution.I took the liberty of this time purchasing a Bluetooth thermometer that I then placed inside the fridge (which in turn resides in my garage).Initially I was using the mains adapter. I read another review on here where a guy was saying the performance is less efficient using the USB connector as it works at a lower power level.Anyway, hooked the fridge up using the mains transformer and unfortunately it was cooling to zero degrees! This meant that I was going to get the exploding can thing again.I then switched to the USB and so far it has risen to about 2 degrees, which is ideal - I just hope it doesn't keep on rising over the next few days, but saying that I would rather the cans at, say 5 degrees than frozen and burst inside the fridge!!!As others have said, it is whisper quiet in operation and through the mains adaptor gets warm, it's no reason for concern as, for example those laptop "brick" transformers do exactly the same thing.So far, so good it seems....

I bought this fridge to store breast milk bottles for my son while on holiday and it worked brilliantly. We now keep the mini fridge in his nursery for storing night milk feeds.

Although the fridge looks great and does a good job of cooling, the wall plug gets very hot (in the one I received - maybe faulty?).The first day of use it was quite warm - even then I wasn't confident leaving it on while I wasn't home. After a day of use it got hotter and I did start to notice a faint burning smell - I immediately unplugged it and will be returning.Not as quiet as I'd hoped either.

Works great at my desk
I bought this for my desk while I work to keep my drinks cold. I really like it. It’s not super cold like a fridge but it’s perfect for what I need it for. It’s lightweight, it makes no noise that I can tell, and it seals shut just fine for me. I do notice a little condensation on the inside but not a huge deal. It comes with a regular cord and a separate usb cord for car or a usb port.I’ve received a lot of compliments on how it looks. The leather strap sits flat or curls up and stays. The matte black color is great, it fits well with my neutral decor. Overall, very happy with it!
