This product worked ok for an hour then the mains cable burst into flames when it was switched on.The melter unit must have developed a fault and should have blown the fuse in the 13amp mains plugHowever on inspection of the plug it was apparent that the plug wasn’t fused, this is why the cable blew outIt could have killed someone or caused a fire. DONT BUY!

It is good for the purpose it was bought for. I got all that it said it came with, only thing I don't think the thermometer works properly but it is something I would recommend you buy. Easy to use Nd u do think it's good value for money.

A great wax melter. Can melt 500g soy wax in 2-3 minutes on high. It's easy to pour wax into a jug but not straight into moulds or tins as there is no spout. There is no temperature control. The power cable fits tightly and can be difficult to unplug when full of hot wax. Pouring wax out with the power cable in is tricky as the cable is short. All in all it is the best thing I have tried so far by a mile. It's very easy to clean. You WILL NEED a thermometer (not included).
