Within days of taking Jude supplements as directed, I found the constant feeling of needing to empty my bladder had reduced. It was such a relief to not have my thoughts dominated by this and where the toilets were when going out. I having been taking them for three months now and night time wee’s have reduced from 2/3 times to one proper one. I consider leakage is now normal for my age, 73 years and having had four natural births. I will continue to take the supplement and highly recommend it.

I bought these after I got really fed up of my life revolving around my bladder. I was so tired of not being able to go anywhere above 30 minutes from home, choosing places to eat not by reviews but by proximity of the toilets and the amount of times I needed to get up to empty my bladder during the night. I was a little cynical as I've tried one tablet after another but I saw the ad's and watched Dragons den so thought I'd give it a go and it helped me a lot. It took a while to start working but I was more than happy with the results and it gave me a lot of freedom and sleep back.The only downside I have is the cost and I do wish it could be provided on the NHS as I've read of people on their Facebook page who just cannot afford it but if you can afford to please give this a go, you'll be glad you did.

I have tried other bladder-helping products that haven't worked for me. I had been tempted to try Jude before, but the price was too high. So when it was on offer, I decided to give it away.I've been taking them twice a day now for a month and I have noticed I can go longer before needing to go for a wee. And when I do go I am doing much bigger wee's too. So although over £30 for another month I am willing to keep going with the program.If you are a woman going through menopause and you have an overactive bladder, it is a problem. Give Jude a try as they do help. It does take time to notice a difference but it's worth it to not have to go to the toilet all the time.

The American professor does not endorse this product -- she rightly and simply says that pumpkin seeds are good for urinary health. The advertising for the product also says that other supplements aren't as good. Really? How do we know that?Jude does a lot of clever marketing for a supplement which isn't that new or special.Bolo sell incontinence products made by Vivactive. On that company's own website they sell a product containing pumpkin seed extract and soy for a much lower price. Compare before you decide.

I've tried jude for about 3 weeks, but I'm having trouble with stomach pain, so to rule these out, if its not, I will definitely go back to them as they were quite effective.

I used to have a real sense of urgency to get to the loo, and had really big leaks. I was spending a fortune on a certain brand of pads, the heavy duty ones! I did try Jude capsules with some degree of scepticism, as my bladder control was pretty poor and the leaks were quite big. I was also taking another supplement for sensitive bladder, because I was feeling an urge to wee, even though my bladder was empty. Since taking Jude, I cannot believe the difference. I now only use a thin pantie liner for the occasional small leak, I get up just once in the night for a normal wee, and that sensation of needing to go all of the time has gone. Although the Jude tablets are not cheap, I'm no longer spending a fortune on big packs of large pads and I don't take the other supplements as the Jude capsules have addressed that issue too. I would recommend that anyone with similar issues give these a go, Jude has certainly changed things for me.

I would like to return it although I have taken it for a few days but stopped some time ago as. It causedProblems with my IBS and made it worse.
Natural and effective
I have only taken these a few days but I do believe they have helped already. The fact that the pills are both odorless and tasteless is a major plus for me. I like that Jude is formulated with predominantly natural ingredients, and so far, I haven't encountered any adverse reactions. Although it's on the higher end in terms of cost, I find Jude to be highly effective and intend to stick with it in the long run. I recommend giving Jude a try.
4 Stars in Two Days
Being 45 and having these issues used to be so embarassing. But I realize more of us women, have this issue than those who don't. And if nobody speaks on it, then you suffer. You have to give this a try. Like be dedicated to the regimen and watch your bladder life improve.My nocturia was 5 or more bathroom visits a night, with leakage and full accidents included. I took these pills for two days, and by night two, I went twice with waaaaaaaaaaay less urgency. I felt normal. I will continue with this product if this is all I get, but I Feel this AND adding compliance to using my CPAP machine is about to improve the quality of my sleep life and bladder life.Thank you Jude.
Review
I’ve only been on Jude for about three weeks. But I have seen a change the biggest and the best change is not having to wear a pad all the time. I’m 74 soon to be 75 and have been wearing pads for the last three years Nonstop.And to be able to go into town and spend most of the day shopping walking around without wearing a pad is wonderful.I have not tried going without a pad at night yet. But that’s my next step. thank you Jude for giving me this freedom.
Doesn’t work a complete waste of money
Followed to the tee and there was no difference how I felt. I’m going to ask for money back
Way NOT to "go"!
I've been taking Jude supplements for an about a month now; I noticed a difference after only the first couple of weeks. I used to leak when I coughed or sneezed, every time; that has stopped significantly.I am very impressed by this product and will continue to use it.
