I've found it to be incredibly versatile and well-suited for my needs.Firstly, the size is perfect for everyday use. It's not overly bulky, yet spacious enough to accommodate my laptop, iPad, DJI Drone, and various other gadgets without feeling cramped. The carry handle is impressively sturdy, and the straps are robust while remaining comfortable and unobtrusive.One of the standout features for me is the multitude of pockets and the customizable main compartment. This allows me to organize my gear efficiently, ensuring easy access when needed. Additionally, the inclusion of a rain protector is a thoughtful touch, providing added peace of mind when braving the elements.Considering its durability and functionality, I believe the Tarion Hardshell Backpack offers excellent value for the price. The hard shell feels very solid, would definitely trust it for general bumps against hard surfaces, while not making the bag extremely heavy or bulky,Opens from the back meaning you can put it down on the ground to remove things and only the back will get dirty which is a positive.Plenty of room inside for equipment, the labeled picture is a good example of how much you can actually fit in here and still have space for batteries and accessories.Feels comfortable on the back and has a clip with a strap that runs between both straps which makes it feel secured.The walls of the backpack inside however don't have much padding so I would recommend using pouches or some kind of padding with more fragile stuff to avoid them bouncing around and hitting the semi hard edges. (I moved a few of the velcro separators and these are a little padded and easy to attach for a little extra peace of mind)Can't say much about how waterproof it is, as I haven't used it in the rain but it comes with a waterproof cover which feels like it would definitely be fine.Would definitely recommend for a backpack on the cheaper side but which still feels solid.

Grabbed this in a Black Friday deal and I am so impressed with it. Quality, size and practicality are top-notch.I only use this to carry my Drone and Gopro. My laptop will still fit but it's a tight fit and I'm more concerned about my Drone so for me, I probably wouldn't use it as my laptop bag as I have a dedicated bag for that stuff.The comfort and quality of the straps and padding is another must for me and the bag didn't disappoint.Highly recommended
4.0 out of 5 stars Good Quailty Bag But Alot Smaller Than I Thought
I bought this for my Camera Gear and Lens. It does Just and no more fit a Canon 400mm f5.6 lens. Holds another Three small lens. I wouldnt buy this it you have any off the larger canon l lens as this bag is alot narrower in width than the photos look. Apart from the size it is weel made and should protect your gear fine. Not sure how long the zips and strapes will last as doesnt look the same kind of quailty as my lowepro bag, but hey alot cheaper. Would recommend for light camera gear, just dont try and fit a camera body with a grip on it as will not fit.

I like this bag. Holds my wifes camera and mine with accessories and lenses all in soft comfort. Very practical and very well made, no miss stitching and very clean and tidy. Also not to bulky and heavy. when wearing this it feels light even with our bits and bobs. Recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this backpack which is a replacement for my previous Canon bag. The backpack will hold 2 DSLR cameras with lenses attached and an assortment of lenses. The backpack also has space for a laptop and other ancillaries. It is lightweight yet sturdy and comfortable to carry, I definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to change or upgrade their camera pack.

Love this bag, as a professional photographer I’m confident in its quality. It looks and feels adequately robust. The zip isn’t overly open/obvious to people walking behind me (unlike other bags I looked at) and it’s reassuringly protected from knocks.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure about this as there's so many to pick from and you never know what it will be like when you get it but this bag is great the hardshell will protect your camera and any other equipment that you put in it tablets accessories drones etc best thing is you can take out the components and use it as a normal bag to take on trips which will keep everything nice and safe is not overly big so you won't look massively big on your back when you take it around town or city centers I would say it's a normal size backpack maybe a little bit wider, but this definitely can be used for more than just your camera equipment I needed it for extra space because I didn't want to take a big suitcase so now i take a smaller suitcase with this bag rather than taking the my larger suitcase on the train overall i will definite recommend this bag to anyone that's just wants to use it as a backpack for traveling and obviously for your camera equipment will keep everything safe and its not too big so it won't be uncomfortable carrying it around
Amazing Bag - Fits Everything I Need and More
Holds everything I need. Can even attach my large tripod to the side. Seems heavy duty, but is lightweight. Easily able to fit my camera with lens on, my 2nd lens (including a 300mm) chargers, all of my lens attachments, batteries, a small AND large flash, and cleaning equipment. Slots are Velcro so they are adjustable. Comes with additional straps inside to keep things from shifting around. Also has a slot for my iPad/pockets for notebooks, etc. If you have a drone it can be attached using the straps on the outside of the bag. Feels safe enough to take traveling/on outdoor shoots, came with a waterproof cover too.
I love everything about this backpack
Quality is superb, even the packaging is top notch. The bag felt well balanced. My other bags felt really uncomfortable and heavy when I put my camera and favorite lenses . I think because it's a hard shell, it felt that the weight is evenly distributed and does not feel heavy and is very comfortable to carry on your back.I was able to fit Macbook, Canon 5D Mark II with 70-200mm, 24-70mm, 100mm macro, 50mm, DJI mini2 and controller. And I love the camo design. I highly recommend this bag!

I needed a bag that fit my R7, Sigma 150-600mm, canon 24-105mm F4, and Canon 70-200mm USM II and this bag does it all. It also fits the 24-105's lens hood, the Canon 70-200 Lens hood, the carry bag for the 24-105mm, a 2x extender, a dust blower, and a microfibre cloth all in the same main pocket. What's even better is this is a Canadian Accepted Personal item on an airplane, so you can bring this and a carry on! Very happy with the size and the hard case exterior to protect all my gear!
