    I’ve been using Ashwagandha KSM-66 1200 mg tablets for several weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. Initially, I took two tablets a day — one in the morning and one in the evening. The positive effects were immediate and obvious: improved mood, reduced stress, and a noticeable boost in my overall energy levels. It was like my mind was clearer and more focused, which was perfect for getting through demanding days.However, after about three weeks of taking two tablets daily, I started to notice that my sleep was being disrupted. Instead of feeling relaxed and calm at night, I was waking up more often and feeling restless. Concerned, I did some research and found that while Ashwagandha is great for many things, the dosage can sometimes affect sleep for some people.Since then, I adjusted my intake and now just take one 1200 mg tablet in the morning, and the results are amazing! I still enjoy all the great benefits — less stress, sharper focus, and increased mental clarity — but now my sleep is back to being restful and uninterrupted. This one adjustment made all the difference, and I’m happy I found the right balance for me.Overall, I highly recommend Ashwagandha KSM-66, but my advice is to listen to your body and adjust the dosage if needed. It’s a powerful supplement, and when used correctly, it’s a real game-changer!

    It came with a broken lid and a lot of powder inside, which was not a great start, but it has a large volume of tablets and is so easy to consume. I feel like the product is benefitting me, but I am unsure how yet. I have been taking it for the last few weeks and feel good for it. I am mixing it with a vitamin D3 supplement.

    I dont take these all the time - but if i am having a bad day mood wise or energy levels take a slump - i take them and really feel the benefits- clearer mind , lifted mood and energy. Its good to know i have them there when i need them

    It cannot be a placebo but I feel better, especially when working out, I feel younger. I took fenugreek and it helped make me resistant to stress but this gives you that testosterone buzz when you workout.I worked out a lot more than I have done in years. Definitely not a placebo because I had no expectations just that "This should work better (than Fenugreek)".I don't know if more will help me, and I don't want to try because of the price. Other reviews say they got a better effect after months so I hope this will get better.I cannot wait for my other supplements to arrive, maybe they will have an even better effect.Also don't complain if you don't feel the same as me, this is how I feel after using this product not how you are going to feel.Regardless, increased performance, no noticeable taste, increased vigour (Enough to notice and make my workouts feel amped up in a good way).I see why this is Bolos choice.

    Valve for money is great, you can't taste or smell them which makes it easier to swallow and it has helped with mine and my partners mood makes just happier and have more energy ! The quality seems great id defo purchase again.
