    Avoid!!! I don't think the product is even legal because nowhere mentions the ingredients- even when I peel back the label I can't see any information! There was a safety seal which is nice but it's pointless to have one if I don't know if the pills are safe to digest

    I’ve got these for the Mrs house, although I think she has lovely thick hair. She’s always complaining that she feels it’s thin. Anyway, she’s been taking this for a while now and there definitely seems to be an improvement as her hair does look fuller. I’ll try it myself as biting is also good for men. Unfortunately my hair went a long time ago and once it’s gone it’s gone. I’m thinking about ordering it for my boys as well, although there’s nothing wrong with their hair, but if they take after me they won’t have much left when they get to my age. I’m wondering whether these things are any good as a preventative measure that’s my own speculation. I might know anything about that for at least another 20 years. So it’s unlikely I’ll be updating this review further as I need to be dead by then or will have completely forgotten. But to get back to the Mrs as she is very happy with them, so that’s a plus for me.

    Biotin vegan capsules, plant based, to give you a B7 vitamin boost. But there is very little real information on the pack and it is quite expensive for two months supply. I reckon you would have to use this long term to be able to judge the benefits for hair and nails. It also makes lots of other claims about efficacy for skin quality, tiredness etc which seem a bit far fetched.

    This appears to be a good quality Biotin supplement providing pure biotin with one capsule taken each day and the bottle providing 60 days of supply.The key issue I have is with the ingredient list saying Excipients and the quantity as qs. Excipients would be added ingredients as part of the manufacturing process but surely this should be specified. So it doesn't say if there are any fillers or flow agents which is what the excipients could be.I think it is important for a supplement company to specify exactly what is put in their supplement and for that reason I am only providing this as three stars.

    Cannot, for the life of me, understand why this is advertised and targeted for women only....!!I have been taking Biotin tablet supplement for a couple of years now to counteract hair loss - which (in my case) they certainly do.This product pack gives two months supply of easy-to-swallow, vegan tablets and offers a slightly larger dose of Biotin than I have been taking previously.I assume they are as equally-effective as my previous tablets but am rather surprised by the higher price of this brand.Recommended if you suffer from hair loss or thinning.

    Biotin capsules are an excellent supplement if you want to make sure your hair, skin and nails stay in good condition. As we get older these things tend to dry out, so I would think it sensible to take biotin daily once you start to notice this happening. I have been taking biotin for a couple of years now and definitely notice that my nails are not cracking and breaking like they used to, and my hair seems thicker and stronger. What I like about this particular brand is that they don't come mixed with anything else. So many supplements these days contain trace elements of other things (and usually things that I take on their own anyway), so it's nice to have just pure biotin here. Each capsule contains 2500 micrograms of biotin and the recommended dose is one capsule a day. The 60 capsules in this container should therefore last for 2 months and I think that is reasonable for the price of just under £9. Another good thing is that they are vegan.

    Biotin AKA vitamin B7 is supposed to help hair and nail condition, growth and strength and because my nails are constantly breaking I thought I'd try them. I've been taking Biotin from different suppliers for around a year now and haven't noticed any change at all so these are my last try to see if another different brand makes any difference. I've only been taking them a few weeks and there's been no change yet but it is early days so I will persevere and update this review if things improve. I'm not saying Biotin doesn't work it just doesn't seem to work for me, others may have more success.

    It's so hard to review this kind of item as a vine customer as its not enough time given to fully Test. But they are quite big with a hint of a flavour but I'm still able to swallow them. I haven't noticed much difference but I will update my review when the course I'd finished
