Picture: Average. It's clear and bright but the blacks are grey so the contrast isn't amazing. Still, it's great for the money.Audio: Get a sound bar. The treble and mids are clear and not scratchy. The bass doesn't exist, at all.Parental Controls: Simple to set up and effective. Entering your PIN once unlocks it for the session. Switching off the TV locks it again.Apps: The selection is fair, and relevant for the area.As for the part that surprised me: I put in a 256gb NTFS formatted USB stick and... it worked (TCL Android didn't recognise it). Not only that, but it supported most of the media (some .avi files didn't play). It also found and used the subtitle .srt files.So, if you want a basic TV with good parental controls and good support for external media, I wholly recommend this, just buy a sound bar.

Absolutely brilliant purchase. The 4K vision is amazing. The depth of field in detail is top quality. Easy set up and install. I would recommend you upgrade your HDMI cables for all devices to HDMI 2.1 and your internet LAN cables to CAT 7 to get the full 4K experience. Totally satisfied with this system. No need for any additional soundbars as the TV throws out similar to 3D sound. I thought my neighbour was outside using a machine to my right but it was the sound splitter.

As a TV it is a lot of bang for very little buck and I can't fault it. Where it falls down for me is when it's a smart TV. The smart TV is powered by VIDAA and I personally don't think it's half as good or accessable as a fire stick. That was easily rectified by just plugging back in the stick and turning off the VIDAA system. Don't be put off because it is a beautiful TV, the price is a steal, sound is great, picture is sharp, colourful and it looks perfect in the corner of your room. It's down to personal choice and I personally don't like the VIDAA smart TV system and others might prefer it, but don't let that put you off buying a fantastic TV. (⭐ Star deducted only because I don't like the VIDAA system)

I am SO impressed with this telly. I purchased a 50inch telly last year from another well known catalogue shop in the UK, within 13months line appeared all over the screen and they refused to do anything about it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased another telly from them, for that one to last less then an hour and have to be sent back. Anyway, after doing A LOT of research we came across this one. I am so pleased that we ended up with this make and model. For the price it does everything a top of the rage TV would do, but at a fraction of the cost. The picture quality is second to none, you can record with an added external hard drive or memory stick, it is really sleek looking and the sound quality is good too. I did have to get in touch with the courier company to arrange a delivery slot, which I wasn't aware of and if I hadn't of emailed them on the day it was meant to be delivered to find out where it was, I probably would of been none the wiser either. When it arrived it was extremely well packaged, down to a full screen protector, something I've never seen on a TV before. Over all, I would highly recommend this TV, it does everything you need and more.

On purchasing this item, it was defective, Bolo agent come to pick the TV, up till now I wasn't refunded... This is fraudulent and really unfair of Bolo... Innocent me was duped by Bolo...So sad

Easy to set up and register, connect to wifi, set preferences & such, well packed. Screen is crystal clear, good quality from Hisense. Amazing to watch films, like sitting in the cinema! It’s definitely well worth the money for the quality an ease of setup. 100% recommend. Love! Love! Love! My new TV.

I cannot believe this TV is so good and yet so cheap. Bought it for new house and the picture is superb, the sound is decent and the lack of bevel is unbelievable. I just don’t understand how you make something for such a good price. I love it. I am a big Hisense fan.

I have a samsung entry model in bed room. Wanted to buy a samsung again. But see this more affordable one, so changed my mind. I was worried I might regret before it arrived, because I never purchased Hisense before.Once I open the box, I am happy with the looks of it, with the thin edge, the front doesn’t look like a entry level TV.Both picture and sound quality are noticeably better than the Samsung in the bedroom.Only downside is delay of game, my son complained about delay when he played online game when connected to it. For this price, should not complain about it with delay. For serious gamer may need a better one. For watching TV, Netflix….., won’t regret buying this.

There is no Alexa build in as mention! It is one of the reason why I bought this tv!
